  • NBC/WSJ poll: Obama ends year on low note

12/11/2013 8:58:07 AM PST · by Red in Blue PA · 4 replies
According to the poll, Obama’s overall job-approval rating stands at 43 percent, up 1 point from the previous NBC/WSJ survey conducted in late October, his lowest showing ever in the poll. But 54 percent say they disapprove of his job, which is the highest mark in his presidency. In addition, for the second straight survey, Obama’s favorable/unfavorable score is a net-negative (42 percent positive, 46 percent negative). And a combined 50 percent say they are either “disappointed” or “dissatisfied” with the president, versus a combined 28 percent who are “proud” or “satisfied.”

PHOENIX, November 20, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – An openly homosexual teenager, who was given a position as an “adviser” to Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and honored by President Barack Obama at a White House “gay pride” dinner, has been indicted on more than a dozen counts of sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 15. Caleb Laieski, now 18, was 17 at the time of the alleged abuse. His alleged victim, a close friend he met on TrevorSpace (a social media site for children and young adults aged 13-24 who have an interest in homosexuality), was only 14 at...

Until recently, Jimmy Carter was widely acknowledged as the most incompetent US president in living memory. So it must have pricked Obama’s overinflated ego like a needle when Carter said this of his presidency: “His major accomplishment was Obamacare, and the implementation of it now is questionable at best.” That is, Obama has been an unmitigated disaster, as predicted by patriots from the beginning. Peter Wehner thought that, especially coming from Carter, this may have been too cruel a blow. But then he reflected, What exactly are the impressive achievements of President Obama? The revival of the American economy? Surging...
  • ‘Perfect’ 1972 Dolphins team members snub Obama’s invite

While President Barack Obama wants to show his love for the phenomenal 1972 Miami Dolphins football team, at least three of its members aren’t showing the love back. They refuse to appear for a Tuesday White House tribute. The Dolphins are the only team in National Football League history to win the Super Bowl with a perfect season. Some of the members of that championship team have decided to snub the White House event honoring the team. “We’ve got some real moral compass issues in Washington,” Hall of Fame center Jim Langer told the Sun-Sentinel, according to NewsMax. “I don’t...

WASHINGTON - Defense attorneys for George Zimmerman released a response to President Barack Obama's remarks on "stand your ground" laws and how the Trayvon Martin verdict is affecting the community. "We have listened to President Obama’s comments about the verdict in the Zimmerman Case. People are focusing on this quote: 'Trayvon Martin could’ve been me 35 years ago.' To focus on this one line misses the nuances of the President’s message, which includes comments about how African Americans view the Zimmerman Case in the context of the history of racial disparity in America," the defense wrote on their website, GZLegalCase.com....

  • Obama's Southeast Asia Trip All Style, No Substance

Diplomacy: So amid all the colorful and flirty photos from President Obama's first tour of Southeast Asia, what did he actually accomplish? As usual, he served himself politically in what was largely a Potemkin mission abroad. It was obvious enough from the rubelike gaffes that the president hasn't been particularly interested or attentive to the affairs of Thailand, Burma or Cambodia as he made his first trip since his re-election. It was pretty much all style over substance. In his tour of Burma, billed as an historic first visit since Burma's 2007 move to democracy, it was clear he was...

  • Benghazi-gate fruits of pseudo Obamanism's not to call the global enemy by name (radical Islam)

    10/12/2012 8:13:36 AM PDT · by Milagros · 10 replies
Benghazi-gate direct result of pseudo Obamanism's not to call global the enemy by name (radical Islam) Obama's direct order to de-Islamize the war on terror war on terror and possibly to the endangering the love of our people in Libya, on the 11th anniversary of another Islamic jihad attack, 911. Obama's CHOICE of biased Arabist Robert Gate, is also as devastating to blur any clarity that anti-Americanism is mainly driven by ideology. Though, Islamists (whether Taliban or al-Qaida, Ansar al Sharia, Hamas, Boko Haram, Hezbollah or Abu Sayyef), capitalize on any opportunities.

OCT12Written by: Diana West Friday, October 12, 2012 12:52 AM   David Petraeus accepting the James Madison Medal at Princeton, 2010---Two weeks ago, I wondered whether CIA Director Petraeus was politicizing the intelligence after a source told Fox News  on September 27 that three days after the Benghazi assault, Petraeus briefed the House Intelligence Committee that "Benghazi was an out-of-control demonstration prompted by the YouTube video. According to the source, this was `shocking' to some members who were present and saw the same intelligence pointing toward a terrorist attack."   Knowing Petraeus' sensitivities to the faux-stimulus of what he has called in Senate testimony "Arab anger,"  such politicization, or, perhaps better, such Arabizing of the intelligence...

Everyone’s talking about the presidential debate this morning, so I thought I’d open up the conversation here. I loved this photo on RedState.com., taken afterward. Click to enlarge… Here are close-ups of the facial expressions, lol. Click both photos to enlarge… There wasn’t much said on the life issue last night, although President Obama did make a strange comparison between Wall Street reform and living wills: We stepped in and had the toughest reforms on Wall Street since the 1930s. We said you’ve got – banks, you’ve got to raise your capital requirements. You can’t engage in some of this...
  • The Left is Pushing Romney as Thurston Howell, The Rich Guy on Gilligan's Island, So Who's Gilligan?

SO LEFTIES COMPARE ROMNEY TO THURSTON HOWELL. But Obama’s more like Gilligan — the skinny guy with big ears who screws things up every time it looks like they’re going to be rescued. Kinda like he’s done with the economy . . . . The Minnow, the boat that stranded on the island supposedly hails from Hawaii. The resemblance is said to be strong to Gilligan. But I see an effeminate girly-man, more girly-man than man for sure. He really does look like a girl.

Looks like Vice President Joe Biden has been taking extracurricular Democratic jive-talking lessons. The results of condescending liberals' cynical racial pandering attempts are, as always, seismically cringe-inducing. At a campaign event in Danville, Va., the gaffetastic veep dropped his g's and picked up a bizarre twang in front of an audience of black voters. Middle-Class Joe swapped his Home Depot apron for an A.M.E. preacher's robe and sermonized about the big, bad GOP. Romney's "gonna let the big banks once again write their own rules," Biden shouted. "Unnnn-chain Wall Street," he exclaimed with pulpit bravado. "They're gonna put y'all back...
