That's the second chapter of Ice Storm 2018 as it circles through the Buffalo Niagara region this weekend. As the frontal boundary that brought the ice and sleet to Western New York over the last 18 hours or so treks northward today, the mixed precipitation and freezing rain will change over to all rain, the National Weather Service said.
