You heard it right, on Monday, the Hawaii House of Representives voted to declare Obama a "Natural Born Citizen". Instead of producing the birth certificate, their vote is supposed to somehow make this official. It was also reported that Dr. Fukino based her statement on the House vote as to Obama being "natural born and born in Hawaii".
