SAN JUAN —Police reunited a teenage woman with her family Monday afternoon, nearly 19 hours after she was abducted, blindfolded and dumped in a Reynosa field. The 18-year-old woman, whose name was not disclosed by police, was walking to a friend’s house about 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Tensions Remain High On Both Sides Of Border EL PASO, Texas -- A group of angry demonstrators in Mexico took to the border Saturday and dared American agents to shoot them. It happened near the same spot as last week's deadly Border Patrol shooting of a 15-year-old Mexican smuggler, close to the Paso Del Norte Bridge. There was still a lot of anger on the Mexican side over last week's shooting. Witnesses said Saturday afternoon there was a group of about 10 protesters near an opening on the other side of the Rio Grande.

President Obama told Senate Republicans Tuesday that he's read the controversial Arizona immigration law and is concerned it would allow for discrimination -- but he is planning to deploy up to 1,200 National Guard troops to the U.S.-Mexico border to allay security concerns. An administration official confirmed to Fox News that Obama plans to deploy the National Guard troops as needed and request $500 million for "enhanced border protection and law enforcement."

MEXICO CITY — The pre-dawn discovery of two bodies cut into pieces and shoved into two black bags brought a tragic end Monday to a search for two missing police officers in the southern state of Guerrero. JUAREZ -- The Mexican Military dealt a blow to the "La Linea" criminal organization Wednesday as they arrested three of its alleged hitmen. La Linea has been known to be the "street enforcement" branch of the Juarez Cartel. The three suspects were presented to the media at once but were arrested in two separate incidents. Juan Gerardo Hernandez Del Real, 24, a.k.a. "El Moreno," was arrested Wednesday. NEAR ALTON — Gunshots broke out late Friday afternoon before a gang of men kidnapped two others near a rural workshop beside an orchard. Sheriff’s deputies said several men kidnapped Armado Cantu and Eliberto Mireles were working at the tool shop at 10612 N. Moorefield Road about 5:30 p.m. Friday. EL PASO -- Governor Rick Perry said he was deeply troubled by drug cartel violence in Mexico, and Juarez in particular, and has asked President Barack Obama to authorize 1,000 National Guard troops for use in support of civilian law enforcement agencies along the border.
