You’re gonna like this one. I’ve been wanting to put it out for almost a week, but encountered some technical difficulties. The late, great Tom Petty once sung that The Waiting Is The Hardest Part (link) And now is as good a time as any to release my new video: 10 BIG LIES About Donald Trump (link). Trump derangement syndrome is showing no signs of abating. I hope you like it. Send it to your friends by clicking on “SHARE” under the video. Ideas are taken as truth until they’re questioned. Here’s my list of 10 BIG LIES About Donald...

    (1) WE are going to file in the CNN vs White House court an Amicus Brief in favor of the White House. Acosta’s actions are stopping our people from getting their questions answered, so that we can give our audience the real news direct from our President. @OANN #CNNvsWhiteHouse (2) Can’t believe Fox is on the other side, but they have direct communication to the President. We are lucky if we get a five minute interview once a quarter. @OANN #CNNvsWhiteHouse
  • Judge in CNN v. Trump case says he will rule on Thursday

CNN ^ | Nov. 14, 2018 | Brian Stelter, Marshall Cohen and David Shortell,
The first hearing in CNN and Jim Acosta's federal lawsuit against President Trump and several top White House aides ended with the judge saying that he would rule on Thursday. CNN and Acosta are alleging that the White House's suspension of his press pass violates the First and Fifth Amendments. Their lawyers are asking for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction that would restore his pass right away. They also want the administration's action deemed unconstitutional. CNN and Acosta filed suit on Tuesday. The case was assigned to Judge Timothy J. Kelly, a Trump appointee.

President Donald Trump's campaign on Wednesday sent an email fundraising off a lawsuit filed by CNN against the president and several members of his administration, saying voters should donate to help keep the media accountable. In an email with the subject line "Breaking: CNN SUES! Help Trump win," the president's campaign asked supporters to take a "media accountability survey" to help "fight back against the fake news attacks and deceptions." CNN is suing Trump and several members of his administration to reinstate reporter Jim Acosta's press access after it was revoked when he argued with the president during a news...
  • 6 Reasons the CNN-Acosta Lawsuit Is Lame

    Townhall.com ^ | November 14, 2018 | Brent Bozell and Tim Graham
CNN's war on the Trump White House is now entering the legal system. CNN filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia insisting that denying its chief White House shouter Jim Acosta a permanent press pass has caused "irreparable harm," and that Acosta has a constitutional right to shout at the president under the First and Fifth Amendment rights. How lame is this? Let us count the ways: 1. CNN claims its network is "significantly hampered," causing harm to Americans who "rely on CNN as an essential news source." As a network, CNN is not...

President Trump on Wednesday expressed hope the White House would defeat CNN in a lawsuit over his decision to suspend the press credentials of reporter Jim Acosta, whom he called “bad for the country.” In an interview with The Daily Caller, Trump railed against Acosta, calling him a “rude” person whose “grandstanding” is unfair to the broader White House press corps. “I really think that when you have guys like Acosta, I think they’re bad for the country,” Trump told the conservative website. “He’s just an average guy who’s a grandstander who’s got the guts to stand up and shout.”...
  • Trump argues in court filing that he can limit journalists' access to White House

CNN ^ | Nov. 14, 2018 | Brian Stelter and David Shortell, CNN
The Justice Department responded to CNN's lawsuit over the revocation of Jim Acosta's press pass on Wednesday, saying in a court filing that the White House rejects the idea that it can't pick and choose which journalists can be given a permanent pass to cover it. "The President and White House possess the same broad discretion to regulate access to the White House for journalists (and other members of the public) that they possess to select which journalists receive interviews, or which journalists they acknowledge at press conferences," lawyers say in the filing. Both CNN and Acosta are plaintiffs. The...
  • Why Democrats Would Dare To Steal Elections in Plain Sight

The brazenness of the theft is astounding. Democrat election officials in Arizona and Florida, not finding the will of the people to their liking, are manufacturing a will of the people of their own. In Florida, they’re miraculously finding ballots -- overwhelmingly votes for Democrats, of course -- that were somehow inexplicably overlooked on election day. In Arizona, the Republican Party has accused Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes of “premeditated destruction of evidence” leading to “voting irregularities.” The Democrats are determined to overturn the Republicans’ gain last Tuesday of two Senate seats, and are in the process of stealing...

Considering that the Democrats in particular, and the left wing in general, are controlling the message emanating from major and minor media outlets I believe it’s time something is done about it. What these “elites” really care about is money and power, which is one and the same. The ONLY way to stop their false news reporting is to hit them where it hurts. When you actually take the time to watch CNN or read the “stories” they post online, it’s quite clear that it’s not just bias they are guilty of, but actual hatred for our president and for...

In what has become one of the dumbest stories of the year, CNN sued President Trump Tuesday. The litigation alleges the White House did not have grounds to revoke the press credential of reporter Jim Acosta, whom Trump berated during a post-election press conference last Wednesday. “CNN filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration this morning in DC District Court,” read a statement from the network. “It demands the return of the White House credentials of CNN’s Chief White House correspondent, Jim Acosta. The wrongful revocation of these credentials violates CNN and Acosta’s First Amendment rights of freedom of the...
  • Mark Levin Has Some Thoughts About CNN's Lawsuit Against the White House

Constitutional attorney and conservative radio host Mark Levin is weighing in on CNN's lawsuit against the White House. CNN filed the lawsuit today on behalf of correspondent Jim Acosta. His press credentials were pulled last week after he got into a physical altercation with a White House intern over a microphone. "I just read CNN's lawsuit against the administration over Jim Acosta. It's a very weak case, but if they get before an Obama or Clinton district judge, who knows. CNN hired Ted Olson's firm, and he has signed onto the lawsuit. Olson was hired for a few reasons: 1....

In short, the case of Cable News Network (hereinafter “CNN”) v. President Donald J. Trump (hereinafter “Trump”), to use a legal phrase --- sucks.  I sympathize with CNN in the sense that they feel wronged that reporter Jim Acosta was bounced from the White House to report on the president and the news coming from the White House, yet they don’t have a legal leg to stand on.  The president has a right to allow or not allow anybody he wants to cover him at the White House.CNN’s claim is that the federal courts have the power to compel inclusion...

On Saturday afternoon, CNN Newsroom gave attention to a Johns Hopkins Hospital trauma surgeon who has been criticizing the NRA, but the liberal news network, even while interviewing him, did not divulge that he is a board member of the anti-gun Brady Campaign. Dr. Joseph Sakran was first brought up on CNN early Friday evening during The Situation Room in a report by correspondent Brian Todd which recounted the NRA reacting on Twitter to a group of doctors who recently called for more gun control. Picking up on a tweet by Dr. Sakran, the report cited his views for much...

Last week a loud and angry mob of Antifa activists surrounded the home of Fox News personality Tucker Carlson engaged in lengthy chanting of leftist slogans and ended up breaking the home’s front door. Tucker’s terrified wife barricaded herself inside and called the police. While most media commentators on both sides of the left-right spectrum denounced this tactic, Vox Senior Correspondent and co-founder Matthew Yglesias hailed it, saying “I think the idea behind terrorizing his family is to make them feel some of the fear that the victims of MAGA-inspired violence feel thanks to the non-stop racial incitement coming from...

Americans already distrust the mainstream media (MSM). A January 16, 2018 Gallup Poll found that distrust of the news media has soared in recent decades, from 25% of U.S. adults in 1989 to 45% today saying there was a great deal of political bias in news coverage. 66% of Americans say that news media “do not do a good job” of “separating fact from opinion” (86% of Republicans; 44% of Democrats). And no wonder. Did you know that a study by Indiana University professors Lars Willnat and David H. Weaver found that in 2013, only 7.1% of full-time U.S. journalists...

President Trump on Saturday faced criticism from a firefighters' union after he appeared to blame several wildfires in California on mismanagement by state and local officials. The International Association of Firefighters called the president's comments blaming "gross mismanagement" for the severe conditions in California an "irresponsible" and "reckless" act on behalf of the Trump administration.

Just tuned in this early am to see how the Miami media is treating the events over the weekend. Broward is said to have "a rough start"; but Palm Beach county is mostly ignored. Instead, the big story is MIAMI-DADE and how the NAACP is mad 'cause votes that came by mail on SATURDAY aren't counted. The only info on Palm Beach is the whining supervisor of elections who says she can't do the job. NOTHING on how the judges have ruled against the Broward and Palm Beach crooks.
  • CNN’s Stelter Claims Media ‘Underplayed’ the Size of the ‘Blue Wave’

CNN media reporter Brian Stelter is known for saying ridiculous things seriously and pretending they’re reasonable while leaving everyone else scratching their heads. He even once suggested it would be “okay” if CNN’s ratings would plummet 40 percent after President Trump left office. Well, during Sunday’s Reliable Sources, Stelter beclowned himself when he suggested the liberal media somehow “underplayed” the size of the so-called “blue wave” that supposedly swept the nation on Election Day. “Did the news media underappreciate the strength of the blue wave in the House on Tuesday night? Five days later it sure looks that way,” he...
