Assuming you have kids, would you let them bring a poisonous snake into the house, even if they’ve proven to be irresponsible in the past, and there was a prospect (no gaurentee, mind you) that you MIGHT be able to get rid of it in 4 years?

Well, the snake is very likely going to be slithering around, now that the 'Rats have managed to get 60 votes in the Senate. And you can bet Obama will sign whatever they end up passing, just so he can shake a stick at it.

We now have to figure out to starve it and chop its head off before the Sheeple have a chance to cuddle up to it.

Starve the beast. Change your withholding claims, withdraw all money out of accounts not needed to pay bills, don’t spend (thereby helping state taxes), travel the least amount you can get away with, not using gasoline and collecting taxes on top of it......

Obamacare is going to need a ton of money to get off the ground and develop a constituency. The House has to approve appropriations. If the House turns Republican, the money for Obamacare should run out in 2011, even if Obamacare as law limps along until it can be put out of its misery in 2013.

I live in Dallas and Richard Hunter, aka Big DICK Hunter did a small late night bit on the local sports station and failed there. He was not liked and was talked about after he left in a not so flattering way.

The only problem with your analogy is that the pilots of the American dive bombers are a mixed bag. Some of them don't care if the Japanese succeed, and are ignoring the commands of those that put them in a position to fight, as long as they are re-elected. Others are afraid to dive into the flak and protective air cover, for fear that they will be perceived as mean spirited. And still others say it's OK if the Japanese advance just a little bit further, because they haven't launched their planes, yet; "we'll get 'em later".

In my area thugs are using multiple cars and cellphones, having someone knock on doors to determine whether people are home (according to our local newspaper), and then breaking a window to access the residence and burglarize them. We got a knock on our front door at 10:00 PM one night (we had turned off the lights after watching a movie on TV) and when I flipped on the porch light immediately after the three knocks, there was no one standing there.

I don't know why they can't have just a little patience, once this passes, those things will follow as surely as night follows day. Then they'll have all that European-style statist "healthcare" they've been salivating for-never mind that those systems are even failing over there, and that the US is so much larger than those previously mostly homogenous European states, AND that they've only been able to support these systems thus far because WE pay for their defense.

That’s right, he had to buy time because no station wanted to try the format. Now the station has the usual libtalk suspects and it still doesn’t show in the ratings...last night for the heck of it I tuned it to see what typical lib things they were saying:

Yeah all those TV networks, papers like the NY Times,
