My wife subscribes to a magazine, the very sight of which turns my stomach. She believes that it’s beneficial to have this reading matter around so we can know how the “non-deplorables” think. But as a retired college professor, I know whatever is to be known on this subject. The unpalatable piece of mail that arrives to my disgust each month is called New York, and it is cram full of PC clichés. The lead tirade is usually from Jonathan Chait, who lately has been railing against the plutocrat and Putin-look-alike who is about to enter the White House. Chait...

Set to appear in the January/February 2017 print issue, the responses published ranged from liberal authors to TV hosts to average readers of the monthly magazine and the people cited spanned nearly the duration of human history. . . . Ronald Reagan. Tens of thousands of gay men were wiped off the map simply because he refused to speak, much less act. What’s worse than ignoring a national health crisis while you stuff your face full of jelly beans and your wife reads her horoscope in the next room?

BARBARIC Islamic State (ISIS) fighters have continued to claim thousands of pounds in benefit handouts at the cost of the taxpayer, it has emerged. Denmark has discovered that 36 people who fled to join the terror cult have received handouts from the state that rack up to 672,000 kroner (£76,957). “If you travel to Syria to participate in war, to become an ISIS fighter, then you obviously do not have any right for benefits from the government.” At least 135 people have fled Denmark to join the sick terrorist regime. The country is thought to be the second European country...

Daniel Nussbaum December 24, 2016 Comedy legend Jackie Mason has never been one to shy away from expressing his political opinions. In this exclusive clip for Breitbart News, Mason takes aim at all the “obnoxious, low-life” Hollywood celebrities who are so blinded by their hatred of Donald Trump — and so spoiled and used to getting their way — that they’ll do anything to stop him, including attempting to overturn the results of the election. Mason also leaves these anti-Trump celebrities a heartwarming holiday message: “Despite your ridiculous behavior, I want to say to you from the bottom of my...

Michael Snyder December 22nd, 2016 Now that the shoe is on the other foot, many liberals all over America have suddenly become extremely interested in prepping. Fearing that a Trump presidency could rapidly evolve into a “Trumpocalypse”, a significant number of leftists are now stockpiling food, guns and emergency supplies. In fact, even though many had expected a sharp drop in gun sales following Trump’s victory, what actually happened is that fear of what is coming under Trump pushed background checks for gun sales to an all-time record high on Black Friday. The election of Donald Trump has awakened the...

Inside pretty boxes they’ll find notes thanking them for making donations to organizations like Planned Parenthood and the Sierra Club that support causes expected to come under attack from the new administration.

Ivanka Trump just had a bumpy start to her Xmas holiday ... an out-of-control passenger on her flight began verbally berating her and "jeering" at her 3 kids. Ivanka was on a JetBlue flight leaving JFK Thursday morning with her family when a passenger started screaming, "Your father is ruining the country." The guy went on, "Why is she on our flight. She should be flying private." The guy had his kid in his arms as he went on the tirade. A passenger on the flight tells TMZ Ivanka ignored the guy and tried distracting her kids with crayons. JetBlue...

Former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton made GQ magazine's list of 2016's least influential people. Drew Magary, who complied the "anger-fueled list of everyone who ruined our year," said he had no choice but to put Clinton on it. . . . "Would it have killed you to visit Wisconsin, Hillary? I know it's full of fat people and bad pretzels, but sometimes you gotta come out of your fundraising hole and kiss some babies," he quipped.

The student group behind Barnard College’s “trigger warning wall” is back with a new art exhibit that invites student to write their thoughts about the election on Post-it notes. The project, called “Reacting to the Election,” asks students to answer the questions “How are you?” “What do you need?” and “Where do we go from here?” on notes and post them on the wall. About 200 have been posted since the exhibit went up last month.

1. Get Democrats in the Congress and across the country to pledge to oppose Trump’s agenda. Prolong the process of approving choices, draw out hearings 2. March and demonstrate—in a coordinated, well-managed way. 3. Boycott all Trump products, real estate, hotels, resorts, everything. And then boycott all stores (like Nordstrom) that carry merchandise from Trump family brands. 6. Social media: What about a new YouTube channel devoted to video testimonials about resisting Trump’s First 100 Day Agenda? 8. Investigative journalism: We need investigative journalists to dig into the backgrounds of all of Trump’s appointees, in the White House, the Cabinet,...

Danny JohnstonDecember 20, 2016 Clio Chang and Alex Shephard write in The New Republic about the organizational shake-up and shift in focus at the leftwing media watchdog Media Matters for America. The brainchild of its Clinton ally founder David Brock, Media Matters now seeks to reinvent itself in a post-Clinton world. Brock has recently stated that he hopes to transform his social media platform Shareblue into a “Breitbart of the left.” But Clinton’s electoral loss offers a unique challenge for Media Matters because, as Chang and Shephard report, “[t]he organization had long ceased to be a mere watchdog, having positioned...

Inauguration performances use to be an honor, a celebration of America’s unique electoral system. But the media has reduced this year’s to a B-list side gig that only desperate artists would dare to play at. When news broke that popular blind tenor Andrea Bocelli would be singing at Trump’s inauguration, people took to social media and started a push to punish him for showing any support for the President-elect. Now, one month before the event, Bocelli has decided the performance isn’t worth the backlash. Twitter users adopted the #boycottbocelli hashtag to show their horror that a well-respected artist would dare...

I haven't said too much about this election since the results....but this is how I feel.... I'm noticing that a lot of "YOU" aren't graciously accepting the fact that your candidate lost. In fact you seem to be posting even more hateful things about those who voted for Trump. Some of you are apparently "triggered" because you are posting how "sick" you feel about the results. How did this happen you ask? Well, here's how: You created "us" when you attacked our freedom of speech. You created "us" when you attacked our right to bear arms. You created "us" when...

Two parents at a Pennsylvania elementary school reportedly objected to a famous line in Charles Dickens' 'A Christmas Carol', leading the principal to cancel its Christmas play. . . . Tom Kramer, the principal of the school, said in a statement that the school's decision is "rooted in the desire to be respectful of the many cultural and religious backgrounds represented by the students."

Pressure on members of the country’s electoral college to select someone other than Donald Trump has grown dramatically — and noisily — in recent weeks, causing some to waver, but yielding little evidence Trump will fall short when electors convene in most state capitals Monday to cast their votes. Carole Joyce of Arizona expected her role as a GOP elector to be pretty simple: She would meet the others in Phoenix and carry out a vote for Trump, who won the most votes in her state and whom she personally supported. But then came the mail and the emails and...

Comes now Maura Healey with the revelation that Trump supporters are so consumed with hate for immigrants, Muslims, gays, women in yarmulkes, guys with green hair and girls with nose rings, she's set up an emergency hotline for the above victims to report any Trump ruffians who so much as look askance at any post-Nov. 8 liberal still wallowing in their double lattes and tofu burgers at the defeat of Madam Mao ... I mean, Hillary. The state attorney general is so convinced that the Make America Great Again crowd is on the verge of a blue collar pogrom of...

To protect Americans against “fake” news, Facebook will now use filters so that only “reputable” articles can appear at the top of users’ trending news stories. And Facebook is going to media fact checkers for help (initially ABC News, The Associated Press, FactCheck.org, Politifact and Snopes). But guess what? These fact checkers have their own biases — usually the same liberal biases that we see in the rest of the mainstream media. Before the 1990s, the mainstream media had a monopoly on the news. Then came the rise of talk radio, Fox News, and the internet. This was a wonderful...
