The rest of the media continues to ignore the revelations on Benghazi being uncovered by Fox News, but the scandal will not die. The official narrative has been a pack of lies from the start, beginning with the cooked-up video excuse. Now, thanks to CIA contractors who were there, we know that they were indeed instructed to stand-down, despite official denials, and that as a result Ambassador Stevens and 3 others were denied potential life-saving assistance. Fox News will broadcast a special today at 7 PM and 10 PM EDT, but here is brief summary from Fox:

Obama 2008: Bypassing Congress Unconstitutional; I'll Reverse It SEN. BARACK OBAMA: I taught constitutional law for ten years. I take the Constitution very seriously. The biggest problems that we're facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all, and that's what I intend to reverse when I'm president of the United States of America. Ferguson, Missouri (CNN) -- An independent autopsy into the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, provides "ample" evidence to support the arrest of the police officer who shot him, family attorney Daryl Parks said Monday at a news conference. Parks was particularly concerned about gunshots that medical examiners hired by the family indicate came from behind and above. "Why would he be shot in the very top of his head, a 6-foot-4 man?" Parks asked. "Makes no sense." The autopsy could support witnesses' suggestions that Brown was holding his hands up in the air, said Shawn Purcell, who assisted...

Huff Post’s Ryan Reilly recently had problems telling the difference between earplugs and rubber bullets. He also has long struggled with telling the difference between fact and fiction. Reilly was recently arrested covering the mob violence in Ferguson, Missouri. He described the loss of his cell phone and communication devices incident to his arrest as “dehumanizing,” which gives you a sense of his priorities I suppose. But Reilly’s clownish debut on the national stage isn’t news to anyone who has followed his checkered history as a “reporter.” Reilly formerly worked for a privately owned website that served as a Department...

Yeah That’s The Ticket! by Linda Jordan I don’t have a Harvard law degree like Barack Obama purportedly does, in fact I didn’t even graduate high school, but you don’t have to have a degree to know when someone’s lying to you and you don’t have to be an expert to understand the crime of forgery, fraud and treason. We know now that Barack Obama has a forged birth certificate, forged selective service registration and stolen social security number. Obama conspired with one or more persons to defraud the American people and to usurp the White House. It is no...

The Obama administration on Tuesday rolled back part of its ban on lobbyists serving in government, narrowing one of the president’s signature policies in the face of a legal challenge. Under a new rule, registered lobbyists whom Mr. Obama had previously barred from serving on government advisory boards may now participate if they are representing companies or groups and not acting on their own behalf.

Democrats from red states are feeling the heat. Their constituents don’t like Obama, or his polices, and they have to somehow convince them that they’ll be somewhat independent when it comes to fighting for their interests. Natalie Tennant, the Democratic candidate in West Virginia’s Senate race, is trying to disseminate that message of independene with this ad rebuking Obama’s energy policy. It was released at the end of July. She says that she’ll protect coal jobs in West Virginia and “stand up to leaders of both parties who threaten our way of life.” She then proceeds to turn off...

In a Wall Street Journal op-ed, co-author and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush argued that it was important to send the majority of the 50,000 unaccompanied minors back home. “Except for those deserving few who may demonstrate true cause for asylum or protection from sex trafficking, these children must be returned to their homes in Central America,” he wrote in the op-ed, which was co-authored by Clint Bolick. Bush argued that the 2008 anti-trafficking law - allowing children to stay in the country - should be changed to help stop the flow of children crossing the border, who then claim...

....On Monday, Transportation Security Administration fee hikes go into effect, and they will have the greatest impact on travelers who make nonstop flights or have long layovers between flights. Critics say the agency should call the fees what they really are: a tax hike. “Anyway you look at it, this is an increase in taxes,” said Charlie Leocha, chairman of the consumer group Travelers United. The old fee had been $2.50 for a nonstop and $5 for a connecting flight. The maximum fee for a round trip was $10. The new security fee for all flights is $5.60. Any layover...

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) on Tuesday asserted the Southern border is secure despite the massive surge of illegal minors from Central America that has overwhelmed federal agencies. “The border is secure,” he told reporters after the Senate Democrats’ weekly policy lunch. “[Sen.] Martin Heinrich [D-N.M.] talked to the caucus today. He’s a border state senator. He said he can say without any equivocation the border is secure.” Reid said lawmakers need to worry less about border security and focus instead on President Obama’s $3.7 billion request to help process the tens of thousands of children from Honduras, Guatemala...

Sunday on ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos," Attorney General Eric Holder blasted former Gov. Sarah Palin's (R-AK) for her call to impeach President Barack Obama by saying, "She wasn't a particularly good vice presidential candidate. She's an even worse judge of who ought to be impeached and why." House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and other senior Republicans have dismissed Palin's calls and instead have opted to file a lawsuit against Obama's executive overreach. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) said earlier on the program, "We are not working on or drawing up articles of impeachment. He has not...

At a press conference last night, President Obama placed the blame for the border crisis on Republicans, saying that because they are trying to block his $3.8 billion supplemental appropriation, they are responsible for the mess. He further stated that passage of his immigration reform bill would solve the border crisis for 20 years. Daily Caller: The Republican Party, but not the White House, has the power to block the flood of at least 100,000 migrants from Central America, President Barack Obama repeatedly told the nation in a Wednesday night press conference. “Are folks more interested in politics, or are...

Based on this fiscal year's eight-and-a-half months of activity so far, the number of unaccompanied alien children from Honduras apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol will increase 22 times from what it was in 2009. That's a jump from fewer than 1,000 children five years ago to more than 21,000 this year. Similar increases are predicted for unaccompanied alien children from Guatemala -- from 1,115 in 2009 to a projected 17,887 -- and a 13-fold increase in UACs from El Salvador, from 1,221 to a projected total of 16,145. In 2012, when immigration was a key issue during the presidential...
