Here is audio of an interview Gov. Sarah Palin did yesterday with Laura Ingraham on radio. At the 3:28 mark of Part 2, Ingraham asks Palin what she thinks about the new mammogram guidelines that have come out. Palin said: "The mammogram recommendations - this whole issue is demonstrating precisely what you pointed out, the problem about the panels - the death panels - of government bureaucrats - I think you called it the 'hospice shooting' - the, um, panels of bureaucrats having more and more input into Americans' personal decisions - decisions really that belong between them and their...

Here is video of Laura Ingraham on with Bill O'Reilly tonight, where she blasted former President Jimmy Carter for playing the race card in saying most opposition to Obama is because he is a "black man." Ingraham said she believes the playing of the race card is actually hurting President Obama. She said Obama needs to get out there and stop the use of the race card. Ingraham called Carter a "self-loathing Southerner," and said he is "always doing something looney." She said Obama is "in big trouble," and does know what to do now. Obama expected to have smooth...

Here is video of Laura Ingraham filling in for Bill O'Reilly tonight and weighing in on the radical views of Obama's "Green Jobs Czar," Van Jones. She talked with a panel about new evidence that has emerged that Jones signed onto the 9/11 "Truther" Document. Ingraham and Angela McGlowan talked with Bakari Kitwana, who defended Jones. He tried to tell Ingraham that she says "he's a communist," and she responded, along with McGlowan, "No he says he's a communist." Kitwana never acknowledged that reality. He simply said, "I don't believe he's a communist." . . . . . (Watch Video)

Here is video of Laura Ingraham in for Bill O'Reilly talking with Marc Lamont Hill and Tammy Bruce about Diane Watson's comments about Obama opponents being anti-black. Marc Lamont Hill said "there is a racial dimension to this" and "as someone who has been to the town hall meetings there are many people who are deeply anxiety ridden because there is an African American in office and they do not want to see him succeed." Ingraham pointed out "this is about health care NOT about race." (Watch Video)

1st Amendment: Mark Lloyd, a disciple of Saul Alinsky and fan of Hugo Chavez, wants to destroy talk radio and says free speech is a distraction. The new FCC diversity "czar" says Venezuela is an example we should follow. When Mark Lloyd was appointed July 29 as the chief diversity officer at the Federal Communications Commission, a nation focused on ObamaCare and a deteriorating economy took little notice. But as angry constituents flood town hall meetings and call in to talk radio, a man dedicated to silencing them sits at the right hand of the president. They share a common hero...

Here is video of Laura Ingraham talking with talk show host Nancy Skinner about incredible comments made about Mary Jo Kopechne by a blog poster at Huffington Post. Kopechne died on July 19, 1969 when the late Sen. Ted Kennedy drove the car they were traveling in off a bridge on Chappaquiddick Island where she drowned, even as he escaped a failed to call authorities for many hours. The poster actually seemed to suggest that perhaps Kopechne would have felt her death "was worth it" if she could see, what the writer characterized as the incredible career Ted Kennedy went...

Here is video of Laura Ingraham on Bill O'Reilly last night being respectful but blunt about the fact that Sen. Ted Kennedy "defined pretty much everything we (conservatives) stood against." "When Reagan was for cutting taxes, Ted Kennedy was for higher taxes. When Reagan was for taking this tougher, more aggressive stance with the Soviets, Ted Kennedy was for nuclear disarmament." O'Reilly asked Ingraham if Kennedy was sincere in his "belief system," and she said she does not know that. But Ingraham said conservatives can learn from Ted Kennedy to not compromise on what you do believe. Ingraham closed by...

Filling in for Bill O'Reilly on the O'Reilly Factor tonight, Laura Ingraham moderated a discussion about Governor Palin's influence on the national health care debate between Amanda Carpenter, columnist for The Washington Times, and Matthew Littman, a former speechwriter for Vice President Biden. But as is so often the case with liberals, Littman proved that he is still incapable of having a rational and non-sexist discussion about Governor Palin. As a reminder we've addressed Littman's previous sexist attack toward Governor Palin here, and the New Agenda also addressed Littman here. On the O'Reilly Factor tonight, Littman began by repeating the...

Meghan McCain told Michelle Malkin Tuesday that she would not "shut up" and that the Republican Party should be more inclusive of moderates like herself. The attack by McCain, the Republican daughter of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), against conservative Malkin is the latest battle in this year's public war of the Republican women pundits. The latest name-calling started on Friday when, according to McCain, "Malkin was asked which conservative political figure or commentator needs to shut up. Guess who her answer was? Yeah, that's right -- yours truly." McCain seemingly was first made aware of Malkin's comments by a follower...

It'll be changing format leagues, as it were. We've learned that instead of picking up the Sporting News Radio affiliation WARF is leaving behind, the "little brother" station of Media-Com's WNIR/100.1 "The Talk of Akron" will mimic its much bigger sibling and move to talk radio....but unlike WNIR, it will depend on a...

Via Gateway Pundit, a stemwinder from last night’s Factor that’s most remarkable for her assumption that it was a viable Catholic institution until this past weekend. William McGurn begs to differ: We’ve been here before. In his response to an inquiry from this reporter, Dennis Brown, the university’s spokesman, wisely ignored a question asking whether “ambiguity” would be the word to describe a similar decision in 1984 to give Mario Cuomo, then governor of New York, the Notre Dame platform he so famously used to advance his personally-opposed-but argument. Or the decision a few years later to bestow its highest...

Captain Ed Morrissey points out that, according to her Twitter feed, Meghan McCain has found the comedic Holy Grail: (Tweet #1 and #2) To the people at current that created this, I am flattered beyond words. Thanks for correctly animating my bootylicious body :-) LOVE IT!!!

Laura Ingraham is back. I'm glad that the sometimes correct but whiny Tammy Bruce isn't guest hosting today. While Tammy is less obnoxious than the average pro-abortion lesbian feminazi, it does bother me that a supposedly pro-life, pro-marriage devout Catholic like Laura would allow Tammy to be her guest host when she's gone. It would be like Tammy allowing a pro-life Christian to guest host her local talk show to advocating positions on life and the natural family contrary to hers. Why doesn't Laura pick a guest host that agrees with her on these issues?

Conservative pundit Laura Ingraham weighed in on the flap over the weight of Sen. John McCain's daughter - blaming "the Obama attack dogs" for trying to manufacture a feud. "Let the record show I never called Meghan McCain fat - she isn't," Ingrahm said on FoxNews Wednesday night. "It's another left-wing attempt to silence any criticism of the liberal agenda."

Despite the title, I have nothing against Meghan McCain. I am sure she is a very nice person, and I'm sure she will accomplish plenty before her life is complete. Frankly, I am sure that so far she has accomplished more than me. That said, at this point, her main resume point is a very accomplished dad. That's what I was thinking as I watched her exchange pot shots with several prominent conservative thinkers. Whatever her name, there is no reason why she has any more credibility speaking about the direction and future of the Republican party than any obscure...

Articulate, astute, usually amusing and often acerbic Ann Coulter is not perfect, of course (and I prefer Laura Ingraham making the conservative case in her more persuasive, less self-focused but no less passionate, way), but as between Ann and Meghan McCain, Ann's an authentic All-American and Meghan's way off base. Earlier this month, Senator John McCain's daughter Meghan (who last year lost her campaign to become America's First Daughter) posted an article titled "Looking for Mr. Far Right." In it, Meghan stated that she had let politics "dictate the kind of men" she dated and both Obama and McCain supporters...

Meghan McCain responds to Laura Ingraham’s attack on her weight: Why is this topic still a socially accepted prejudice—and why in the world would a woman raise it? Recently my not-size-0 body has come under fire again by the conservative pundit Laura Ingraham. On her radio show recently, she sarcastically commented that I was “too plus-sized to be a cast member on the television show The Real World” and needled me about my weight with a comment about Barbie's 50th anniversary. Instead of intellectually debating our ideological differences about the future of the Republican Party, Ingraham resorted to making fun...

(CNN) -- Laura Ingraham is calling Meghan McCain a "useful idiot" and a "flavor of the month" — the latest salvo in the war of words between the conservative radio host and the daughter of former Republican presidential candidate John McCain.

Have a look at the screencap. There's Joy Behar on yesterday's View, wildly applauding Meghan McCain [Behar later clapped McCain on the shoulder in approval]. What has the most strident liberal on the show laughing it up with John McCain's daughter? The fact that Meghan is going after . . . Republicans. At the moment in question, McCain had just told conservative talk radio icon Laura Ingraham to "kiss my a__." And as I wrote here, last week, Rachel Maddow—a less pretentious but every bit as leftist version of Keith Olbermann— had also given McCain a very warm welcome on...

In a battle of blonde conservatism, a war of words seems to be heating up. Meghan McCain, daughter of the former presidential candidate and his wife Cindy, writes about politics and pop culture via her blog for TheDailyBeast.com. She recently turned her keyboard on Ann Coulter, the acid-tongued conservative commentator, calling Coulter the "poster woman for the most extreme side of the Republican Party." McCain admitted she's been a Republican for less than a year, but said she's "drawn to GOP ideals" and wants to fight for the party's resurgence. She also wrote that she is not "suggesting" she should...

Memo to Meghan McCain: Enjoy the media coverage while it lasts, but know you're being used. You are the flavor of the month in left-wing media land because you are a Republican bashing the GOP. Likewise, your dad is most popular among the same people when he is slamming his Republican brethren in full-blown "maverick" fashion. At least he backs up his views with a lifetime of sacrifice and public service. What is Ms. McCain's own political, business, or real-world experience that lends credibility to her argument that the GOP needs to "moderate" (read: abandon its core principles)? Now the...

Another progressive talker falls victim to the rightwing corporate stranglehold of our public airwaves... The Peter B. Meghan McCain has been making lots of enemies within the Republican Party. And Laura Ingraham certainly counts as one of them. McCain, the 24-year-old daughter of former presidential candidate John McCain, grabbed headlines this week for taking on conservative author Ann Coulter, who McCain described as "offensive." She kept up the attacks in a discussion with Rachel Maddow, when she intimated that Coulter’s comments make it difficult for the Republicans to court younger voters. Well, none of this pleases radio host Laura Ingraham, who yesterday employed a Valley-girl voice to describe the 24-year-old McCain as "plus-sized." Here’s the transcript, via...

As the FBI investigates the source of white powder found in mail sent to the downtown New York office of the Wall Street Journal and to Harvard University law professor Alan Dershowitz, published reports say syndicated talker Laura Ingraham was another target of the same batch of anthrax-resembling letters. A letter allegedly addressed to her was reportedly sent to Fox News in New York, which then forwarded it to Ingraham’s home. Tests made on the powdery-substance came up negative for anthrax, but the scare caused the evacuation of the Wall Street Journal’s office. All letters had a Knoxville, Tennessee return...
