A woman is in critical condition after a wild chain of events in north Minneapolis Wednesday morning. Police said around 7:55 a.m., Ismail Yassin Mohammed, 22, was driving a black Chevy Cavalier when he began intentionally ramming a blue and white taxi for several blocks until the cab crashed.
