The Syrian Air Force has destroyed a warehouse in Idlib province where chemical weapons were being produced and stockpiled before being shipped to Iraq, Russia’s Defense Ministry spokesman said. Jared Kushner, President Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser, is currently in Iraq, two White House officials confirmed Sunday evening. Kushner is traveling with Gen. Joseph F. Two Iraqi men in the United States as refugees, brothers Yousif Al Mashhandani and Adil Hasan, were arrested and charged Monday with immigration fraud after federal authorities found they lied about their biological connection to Majid Al Mashhadani. Mashhadani is an Iraqi who kidnapped an American in 2004 and held them in horrible conditions for nearly a year.

According to an affidavit in support of the criminal complaint, Majid Al Mashhadani, brother of Yousif Al Mashhandani and Hasan, admitted in 2005 to kidnapping and holding a U.S. citizen and others hostage for months. The three defendants are permanent residents living in the U.S. since 2008. When they applied to become naturalized citizens, none disclosed their relationship with Majid Al Mashhadani. They eventually told the FBI that they left out that relationship in the application to not jeopardize their admittance as refugees.
