Chris Millis. The legislator received records from the North Carolina secretary of state’s office which showed 250 illegal immigrants who received amnesty have become notaries public. Approximately 30 countries are refusing to accept the deportations of illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes in the U.S., according to Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar. While these countries are refusing to accept the deportations of these criminals, the U.S. government is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries, according to the Texan congressman. There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but according to Cuellar, the U.S. is not enforcing it. “We’re not enforcing it, which is amazing....

ICE had a detainer on him, but claims Denver Sheriff's Dept didn't notify them. Denver claims they did, but their "proof" is a 2-page PDF of a FAX showing they released him on 12/20/16 11:30pm, yet the FAX is dated 12/20/16 11:35PM! Liars. Uplifting and patriotic ads are a staple of the Super Bowl, so last night the astonishing cynicism of that 84 Lumber ad really stood out. “Come on, illegal immigrants: Risk your lives, drag yourself across the harshest terrain and endure the most agonizing hardships. We need the cheap labor!” In the 90-second spot for the construction-materials company, a Latino mother and daughter who are apparently sneaking across the southern border of the U.S. rise in the dark, walk along a barbed-wire fence, clamber aboard the boxcar of a moving train and wade across a river. In the full-length, six-minute version,...

President Duterte made this clear as he expressed support “out of respect” for Trump’s temporary freeze on the entry of refugees into the United States and his ban on travelers from seven Muslim-majority nations. Trump’s action drew widespread condemnation. “To Filipinos there (in the United States), you better be on the right track. If you are not allowed to stay there where you are staying, get out because if you are caught and deported, I...

Immigrants who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children, but were protected from deportation by President Barack Obama, are being warned by some advocates to make sure they are not traveling abroad when Donald Trump is sworn in as president on Jan. 20. Some advocates, lawyers and universities are concerned that Trump might immediately rescind an Obama program that had allowed these young immigrants to work and travel for humanitarian, educational or employment purposes. That could lead, they fear, to some people traveling abroad being barred from re-entering the U.S....

They can't vote, but they can tell you who to vote for. Back in 2012, Obama granted legal status to 3/4 of a million illegals under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Their legal status is supposed to be temporary, but anyone who watches Democrat politics knows that’s not the case. The plan, of course, is to keep them here forever, and Hillary has promised to do just that if she’s elected. So, they’re doing their best to help make it happen. They may not be allowed to vote but, as the Washington Post reports, many of Obama’s...
