This landmark legislation, known as the Idaho Unborn Infants Dignity Act, makes a huge step forward in affirming the value of the preborn child. COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -- The man suspected of shooting Pastor Tim Remington, 30-year-old Kyle Odom, was arrested outside of the White House and in custody Tuesday evening in Washington D.C., police said during a press conference Tuesday evening.
