The Democratic Party of New Jersey is pressuring the Secretary of State to ignore discrepancies on the signatures that are supposed to verify absentee ballots. Under state law, anyone can cast an absentee ballot for any reason. Paul P. Josephson, a lawyer representing the New Jersey Democratic State Committee, declared “this level of scrutiny is unwarranted and discriminatory. Just because a signature contains misspellings, or a different address or name than the registered voter is insufficient reason for disqualifying the vote. Many Democratic voters are poorly educated, illiterate, or worse. Cracking down on these ‘errors’ will disproportionately depress the votes...

CBS News skepticism regarding the number of jobs saved by the Obama Administration’s stimulus legislation raised ire at the White House. CBS News reporter Chip Reid aired a report revealing that many of the Administration’s claimed “job saved or created” totals were either exaggerated or false. Separately, CBS investigative reporter Stephen Stock worked undercover to expose a pattern of fraud at medical clinics operating in South Florida. This is part of an estimated annual $60 billion worth of fraud perpetrated in the government’s Medicare and Medicaid programs. “We’re putting CBS on notice,” said Barack Obama’s Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel....

This is a hilarious parody written & sung by Paul Shanklin as heard on the Rush Limbaugh show! It is SO "appropo" right now!

Ailes has a spine made of a substance that they use to cut titanium. Ailes makes Rahm Emanuel look like an Amish Lamaze instructor and if they're gonna lock antlers with Ailes, they'd best wear a cup.

Ronald Reagan said (I never tire of quoting this) that the ten scariest words in the English language are “Hello, I’m from the government and I’m here to help.” In terms of sheer mayhem and spirited murder, Reagan was right. There was no more dangerous creature in the twentieth century than Big Government. Just look at its body count! But before I became aware of the historical fright fest rule of idealogues, utopians, and other various theory-laden humorless experts, I was scared witless by zombies. After I saw Night of the Living Dead when I was a boy, I refused...

Did you hear?Sarah Palin is a WOMAN! (gasp!!) And she's a REPUBLICAN! (the horror!!) And she's from ALASKA! (what, she's not even American?!) And she chose to have A BABY! (can you believe it?!) And she shops for CLOTHES! (where do we get people like this?!) And she had no knowledge of the "BUSH DOCTRINE"! (she really is stupid!! What's the Bush Doctrine, BTW?--a non-existent doctrine that some dippy reporter pulled out of his butt to prove how unqualified she is--oh, she's not just stupid--she must be retarded!!) And someone says that someone says that they heard someone else quote...

Real congressional genius By: Chris Stirewalt Political Editor10/30/09 3:30 PM EDT In honor of today's revelation about the depth of the ethical issues Rep. John Murtha and his cronies on the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee are facing for their connections to the PMA lobbying firm, I offer you this video homage to "Mr. Really in Your Face Earmarker." Time to kick back with a cold Bud Light, congressman. For one of the best from real commercial series click here.

There was little to disguise what these two had been up to moments before police pulled them over. Would-be burglars Matthew McNelly and Joey Miller's masterplan had one tiny flaw --their 'disguises' comprised of masks drawn on their faces with permanent marker pen.

Charlston, SC- Doctors in South Carolina are reporting that all has gone well with Lindsay Graham’s recent surgery and that the long time Democrat Senator is resting comfortably and expected to make a full recovery. Graham, who early yesterday morning became the second person to undergo a complete personality transplant and the first individual to survive the procedure, is also reported to be in good spirits and eager to find out what it is like to make friends. Graham is well known for his work in the Senate. What is less well known is the fact that he suffered from...

Tomorrow is Halloween or as known to the Pagans as Samhain, or even All Hallows eve. What ever. To me, it is a massive party night! I wonder what our President and First Wookie will be wearing on their first Halloween? Up until now, the First Wookie has been scary enough with her outfits, so dressing up for Halloween can only appear normal compared to what we, the American people have seen. As for scary? Well we have already been scared by the bills they are trying to pass and have already passed. Ghosts and goblins on Halloween? Those are...

Sounding more like an independent than a Democrat, Sen. Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., tells ABC News he will campaign for some Republican candidates during the 2010 midterm elections and may not seek the Democratic Senate nomination when he runs for re-election in 2012. ABC News' Jonathan Karl chats with Sen. Joe Lieberman on the Capitol Hill subway"I probably will support some Republican candidates for Congress or Senate in the election in 2010. I'm going to call them as I see them," Lieberman said in an ABC News "Subway Series" interview aboard the U.S. Capitol Subway System.

America is made up of hard-working people and that means you can't always get off to attend a Tea Party, even if you're lucky enough to find one in your own community. That's why we're putting together the biggest Tea Party possible, right here on the Internet. Send us a photo of you holding the message you'd like to send to Washington. Make it original, make it interesting and make it a JPEG format and send it to Dave at cyberteaparty@daveweinbaum.com. We're going to collect all the best pictures, create a musical montage to the theme from Dave's weekly radio...

For years, pet "owners" suspected, but were unable to prove the absolute fact that dogs who live with liberals tend to be more liberal than dogs who live with conservatives. Now, for the first time ever, this was confirmed in the Indian science journal Jonwar Chodu. Pulling from an absolutely staggering sample size, they were able to scientifically conclude that not only are there general political similarities between humans and their dogs, but in fact these dogs became MORE politicized than their human companions. For example, if the human were to lean to the left a little on social issues...

This video is hilarious! Barack Obama's purpose in his presidency: To advance socialism, to tax the hell out of everyone, and take away as many freedoms of the American people as possible in four years. God, help us.

If George W. Bush had been the first President to need a teleprompter installed to be able to get through a press conference, would you have laughed and said this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes? If George W. Bush had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to take Laura Bush to a play in NYC, would you have approved? If George W. Bush had reduced your retirement plan's holdings of GM stock by 90% and given the unions a majority stake in GM, would...

First of all, whatever, its great that the so-called "press" is reporting that the GDP grew by 3.5 percent in the 3rd quarter of the 2009 fiscal year. But what they aren't telling you is that it has ACTUALLY grown by much, much more. According to the National Research Firm of Non-Partisan Activists, the annual GDP adjusted for market fluctuations, derivatives, premiums and amortization of dynamic assets is actually about 200 times what is being reported by the so-called "news". Basically, its more than ever, and proves that Rush Limbaugh and the right wingers do NOT know what the hell...

In what possibly could the funniest thing said on the House floor in a long time. Rep. LaTourette mocks democrats who have been whining and crying that the Republican party is blocking health care reform. Here's the video of LaTourette. Below is the transcript. Mr Speaker. All through out history there's been the big lie. And we got the big lie going here again. And it goes like this: Republicans wont let us have health care reform. WAHHHH Republicans are the party of no. WAHHHHHH Why are Republicans stopping us from reforming health care? WAHHHHH ..We couldn't stop a one...

Most cable news ratings are going to show declines from their election year heyday last fall, but for MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show (which debuted in September, 2008) those year over year declines have made October, 2009 its lowest rated month ever in both average viewers and the cable news targeted adults 25-54 demo, down 54% and 65% respectively from October, 2008

Angry KOmmies are FUn to watch! And in this case the KOmmies have gone absolutely BERSERK over the promise by Senator Joe Lieberman to filibuster the ObamaCare bill. That promise alone is enough to KILL ObamaCare in the senate but add to that the very high possibility of Ben Nelson, Evan Bayh, and perhaps a couple of other Democrats refusing to vote for cloture and that bill is DOA. If the bill is later changed to DUmp public option, then the "progressives" will filibuster it. Heads We win, tails you lose. And the fringe benefit is watching the KOmmies...

The hysterical claims by Brown, Algore and the rest of the sky is falling bunch have made some of the most ridiculous claims as they panic because their charade is becoming so evident. So I thought it would be fun to make-up some of our own; If we don't prevent global warming by next week all spotted owls will drop dead by November 1st. If we don't prevent global warming we will have more hurricanes this winter than we had this last summer. If we don't prevent global warming thousands of people will lose their jobs talking about global warming....

President Barack Obama’s nominee to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Chai Feldblum, has rankled many by calling the promotion of traditional marriage “wrongheaded.” “The idea that two-parent families are a positive force for good is mistaken,” Feldblum argued. “In fact, its touted key strength—that it is best for children—is its greatest weakness. The Earth is already overpopulated. Adding more children can only worsen this problem.” Feldblum contrasted traditional heterosexual marriage with the gay lifestyle, calling it a comparison that does not bode favorably for so-called traditional values. “The great virtue of homosexual relationships is that they don’t produce more...

Yesterday, with great fanfare Nancy Pelosi suggested that public option of the Obamacare bill is doing poorly because of its name, and that it may be more attractive to skeptics if it goes by a different title. She was speaking at an appearance at a Florida senior center with Florida Rep Debbie Wasserman Schultz and suggested that a better name would be "the consumer option." Schultz, suggested the term "competitive option." The speaker said the "competitive option" idea emerged during her closed-door roundtable at the Sunrise Senior Center with advocates of seniors and others who work with older populations. Wasserman...

Are you unwittingly offending people in your office? Do you say things that cause others to wince or lose interest in having a collaborative relationship with you? You may be in need of good diversity training. DiversityInc put together a list of signs to show where you might be making cultural missteps. 1. Race/Ethnicity How do you interact with people from different races and ethnicities in the office? Have you ever found yourself complimenting a Black person on her ability to articulate well? Did you tell a Latino coworker that you were surprised he didn't have an accent? Do you...

Without question, Tejada's loan is toxic--to her and to the taxpayers who are backing the loan.... In case you're not in tune with exactly where housing prices are set to keep plunging like an overworked plumber for the next several years, it's... drumroll please... California. And if (or, to be more accurate, when) she gets sick, or loses a job, or gets into an auto accident, or simply can't sell her house for what she needs to sell it for, you get to help cover the losses! Aren't you excited?

National Public Radio’s Kevin Whitelaw blames “right wing ideologues” for destroying the reputation of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, more commonly known by its acronym—ACORN. “By relentlessly focusing on ACORN’s election fraud, mismanagement, embezzlement and other criminal activities, right wing fanatics are overshadowing the significant accomplishments of this great organization,” Whitelaw contends. “They’ve gotten millions enrolled for welfare. They got millions to vote for Obama.” Whitelaw characterized recent revelations that ACORN employees advised applicants on how to set up an illegal prostitution business as “misguided zealotry.” “It’s easy for those who earn an honest living to ridicule...

Politically Inspired Halloween Costumes It's that time of year again. The best Halloween costumes aren't always the most elaborate, but make an ironic statement or reflect who and what is in the news. Politics is fertile territory when mining for ideas for a great Halloween costume. Last year, Sarah Palin costumes were abundant ranging the gamut of political commentary from flattering to insanely critical. For the most part, Palin costumes were a variation of Tina Fey's caricature of Palin. Saturday Night Live often does the easy work for those on the left who want to mock Republican leadership. That doesn't...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) said while the Democratic Leadership is concocting a second dose of federal spending to stimulate the economy, it won’t be called a “stimulus package.” “There’s been too much bad publicity for the first stimulus package,” Pelosi said. “People are mocking us because unemployment is now higher than what we said it would be if we didn’t pass the first stimulus package. People say we just made things worse. This is undermining faith in the government.” Pelosi downplayed criticisms that the first stimulus package served mainly to bailout blundering financial institutions, instigate corruption, and promote waste....

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md) rebutted claims that a government mandate compelling everyone to buy health insurance would be unconstitutional. “As I read the Constitution, the government has the right to enact any requirement it deems serves the general welfare of the nation,” Hoyer asserted. “If we feel that the nation’s general welfare would be served by requiring everyone to purchase health insurance, we will do so. If we feel that the general welfare would be served by forcing everyone to get a flu shot, then everyone will have to get a shot.” Hoyer maintained that “the idea that...

Obama Administration advisor David Axelrod said his analysis of Fox News broadcasts confirms that “it is not really a news station and should not be treated as such. The President has requested that the Federal Communications Commission “review Fox’s broadcasts and determine whether its license should be revoked.” Two key charges against Fox are pending. One is that “its on-air personnel are insufficiently diversified.” “We feel fairly certain that the racial and ethnic composition of the on-air staff does not reflect a proportionate balance with the composition of the nation’s population,” Axelrod said. “This is a violation of the Equal...

I was a very happy man. My wonderful girlfriend and I had been dating for over a year, and so we decided to get married. There was only one little thing bothering me... It was her beautiful younger sister. My prospective sister-in-law was twenty-two, wore very tight miniskirts, and wore extremely suggestive outfits. Worse yet, she would regularly bend down when she was near me, and I always received an eyeful in return. It had to be deliberate, because she never behaved this way when she was near anyone else.
