From Queers for Palestine to marchers carrying signs reading, “Palestine is a Reproductive Justice Issue”, the Hamas cause has been vertically integrated throughout the Left. Greta Thunberg was booed after injecting anti-Israel chants into environmental rallies. The BLM movement was a longtime foe of Israel, but Asian Studies departments recently joined in. The leaders of March for Our Lives and the Sunrise Movement, a gun control group and an environmental protest group, signed a letter to Biden warning that young people wouldn’t vote for him unless he forced Israel to stop attacking Hamas. How better to promote gun control than...

It’s become a cliché that when a student breaks a rule, a teacher or administrator may threaten them with punishment that will remain on their “permanent record.” But for one Alabama 6-year-old, that threat seems plausible, and the child’s father is not having any of it. “They labeled my six-year-old as a potentially violent and dangerous student because he was being a little boy and playing cops and robbers with another student (who was also suspended) and using his fingers like a gun,” Jarrod Belcher, the boy’s father, wrote in a statement released Friday, Sept. 8. According to a Jefferson...

They Want A Fight So Let’s Give It To ’em! Written By Dave Workman It will have been one year on June 23 since the U.S. Supreme Court handed down its landmark ruling in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen and ever since, anti-gun Democrats have been acting like the decision never happened. A state House representative in Olympia, Wash. may have pegged the reason why during an interview with me back in January. His analysis was matter-of-fact, entirely sensible and a little scary. The $10,000 Secret The gun control crowd wants a fight. They are determined...

Why don’t parents like their kids to play with fake guns? – Henry, age 11, Somerville, MassachusettsA major reason parents don’t like kids to play with pretend guns is they’re afraid you’ll get hurt. It can be hard for others to tell if a gun is real or just a toy. While you and your friends might be able to tell it’s a harmless game, others won’t be so sure. Someone could mistake your toy gun for a real gun, see you as a threat and try to defend themselves, hurting you in the process. Hundreds of children die because...

Instagram has removed conservative political commentator Kaitlin Bennett’s iconic graduation photo from three years ago for “violence and incitement.” Meanwhile, the platform has allowed an endless stream of threats against the right-wing firebrand to continue for years. Apparently, Instagram believes that photos of you peacefully exercising your Second Amendment right are a crime. In their notification to Bennett, they said “we don’t allow content that may lead to a genuine risk to physical harm or direct threat to public safety.” TRENDING: HUGE BREAKING NEWS: Arizona Senate Republicans Courageously Announce Team Who Will Perform Maricopa County Election Audit and It's Good...

The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms launched an initiative last year aimed at providing information to Second Amendment-loving Americans. The goal was to provide a comprehensive list of companies and/or CEOs who back gun control initiatives and legislation or have anti-firearm corporate policies in place. “When we started this project last year, we were actually surprised, and in some cases disappointed, at some of the businesses we added to the list," CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb said in a statement. "We discovered several brand name businesses and corporate leaders who evidently have a nefarious agenda to...

Fraction of Suicides with Firearms – Orange; Per Capita Firearms in the US – Blue When people want to believe something, they tend to fit the data to their pre-conceived ideas. This is known in scientific circles as confirmation bias. Others may call it rationalization. It is on full display in an article written by Katie O'Conner in the Virgina Mercury. The article is piece promoting more restrictive gun laws in Virginia, in advance of the special session called by Democrat Governor Ralph Northam. The article is premised on false assumptions and the irrational attribution of volition to inanimate...

Wired UK reported on a new wave of 3D-printed gun enthusiasts sharing plans for firearms on places like Discord and online gun control forums. These would-be gunsmiths are sharing plans for everything from Glock 17 handguns to AR-15s with a renewed enthusiasm for the lawless dissemination of digital firearms blueprints. They call their group Deterrence Dispensed, which is an obvious reference to Defense Distributed, the organization that started the 3D-printed gun debate in the United States So it sounds like a like game, but it’s a game that revolves around the creation and dissemination of 3D-printed gun blueprints. The actual...

A state lawmaker from New York City has authored a bill that would end riflery, trap shooting and archery as a sport in public schools. Assemblywoman Linda B. Rosenthal, a Democrat who represents the 67th Assembly District in western Manhattan, introduced the bill on April 20. At this point, there is no co-sponsor for it in the state Senate. The bill, A10428, which was sent to the Assembly's Education Committee, would amend the state's Education Law and calls for the "prohibition of marksmanship and/or shooting programs in public schools" - a change that "shall take effect immediately."

California has long allowed police who believe that someone represents a danger to themselves or others to take the person in for a psychiatric evaluation with a police psychiatrist. With that evaluation, a person could be held for 72-hours. After the Elliot Rodger’s killings earlier this year, California’s Governor Jerry Brown signed into law on Tuesday, September 30th that makes significant changes. The irony is that deputy sheriff officers had gone to Rodger’s home but did not believe that Rodger posed a danger to himself or others. The law that was thus motivated by Rodger’s case would not have prevented...

Never thought I'd admit this, but maybe liberals are right when it comes to guns -- perhaps more has to be done to keep firearms from people who are unbalanced. I wondered about this after listening to libtalker Mike Malloy's radio show Tuesday in which he railed against Georgia's Safe Carry Protection Act, which would allow licensed gun owners to bring concealed carry weapons to schools, bars, churches, airports and government offices. The legislation, derided by opponents as the "guns everywhere" law, has been approved by state lawmakers and awaits the governor's signature. (Audio after the jump) It didn't take...

People we have to stop the madness, it is time to protect the children and the elderly from THE health crisis of our day. That crisis is stairs, the scourge of many a child and older folk. Every year thousands are injured and million more suffer from the affliction of Climacophobia and Bathmophobia. It is time that we turned our focus on Constitutionally protected rights to things that have no constitutional underpinnings. Sure, you’re protected in expressing you opinion and bearing a gun to protect yourself, but here we have an opportunity to really take control of people’s lives and...

“Take Down That Sign Or Go To Jail”… Having lived in California my whole life I am often embarrassed to admit that’s where I live. It is stories like this that show what weak minded and weak stomached citizens we have in the state. National City officials are upset over the picture of an AR-15 being on a gunstore sign. Apparently the mere sight of a gun is just too much to handle. Via Freedom Outpost: Ares Armor is a small tactical company that operates a store in National City, California. Recently the town of National City disapproved of a...

Discussion about the recent panic by bank tellers in Adelphi Ohio, where they saw some people trade a couple of firearms from the bank window, raised questions about where the traders parked. Some readers envisioned a mall parking lot. Some imagined the parking lot of a stand alone bank. With a little research, there appears to be only one Kingston National Bank in Adelphi, at 11811 Main Street. With a Google search we can see how the street is arranged. The bank building is in the middle of the block that is west of the large building with...

Toy nerf guns — the weapon of choice for students participating in Missouri State University’s semi-annual “Humans vs. Zombies” live-action game — may be the latest casualty of irrational anti-gun hysteria at American universities.Humans vs. Zombies, a once-per-semester tradition at the Springfield campus, involves students using toy nerf guns to shoot foam bullets at each other. Almost 500 students played the most recent iteration of the game last month.“I get really excited for it,” said Chad Holmes, a faculty advisor for Live Action Society, the group that hosts the game, in a statement to Ozarks First. “It’s my favorite game...

Those who push citizen disarmament have worked very hard to demonize guns. They have tried to make the public display of arms a shameful thing, something that "decent" people simply do not condone. They have had considerable success. As recently as the 1950s people carried rifles and shotguns in New York City without a sideways glance. In liberal fascists' version of reality, the public display of firearms is perfectly acceptable, even laudible, if the person with the weapon has on a uniform, indicating that they are an agent of the state. Trade the uniform for ordinary clothing, however, and...

At first I thought the Mom from Moms Demand Action was just being a bitch. When I asked her politely if we could talk for a moment she point blank refused. Tersely. Aggressively. She wouldn’t even tell me her name. This after spending twenty-minutes hanging around with an Al-Jezeera reporter at the back of the crowd at the Alamo gun rights rally, and another ten minutes answering questions on camera for a nationwide TV audience. Checking her dilated pupils and remembering her extremely stilted performance in front of the camera, I backed off . . .When she unknowingly dropped a...

While school districts around the country, in wake of the numerous school shootings that have plagued the United States in recent years, have debated whether to have armed guards on school grounds, one school in Arizona recently told a police officer to leave his gun at home — and for that matter, his uniform as well — when he picks up his daughter. Scott Urkov got a call from the principal of Entz Elementary School in Mesa, Arizona, after he showed up at the school in his full police uniform including his sidearm. The cop immediately took to Facebook...

Yet another student has landed in trouble for having something that represents a gun, but isn’t actually anything like a real gun. This time, the student is 12-year-old Joseph Lyssikatos, a student in advanced math who had perfect attendance last year. The seventh-grader made the mistake of bringing a ridiculously small, silver keychain shaped like a gun to Alan Shawn Feinstein Middle School in Coventry, R.I, reports local NBC affiliate WJAR.The two-inch keychain fell out of Lyssikatos’s backpack while he was at school. After another kid picked it up and displayed it to other students, a teacher intervened and impounded the keychain.Apparently fearing that the...
