Obama’s Israel Support Means Standing with Boycotters and Terror SupportersPosted By Ronn Torossian On April 17, 2015 @ 12:15 am In Daily Mailer,FrontPage | No Comments The media crows about Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appealing to Americans across all political lines about the danger of the Iran deal – a deal which Israelis across the political spectrum maintain is a mistake.  Apparently, democracy matters – except when it comes to Israel.Along these lines, just released data from White House visitor logs [1] unveils the fact that Israel’s Ambassador, Ron Dermer is persona non grata at the White House.   That...

Oh the shame of it all. Last month, 1,300 pro-Palestinian activists from the US and Europe came to the region in the name of peace and social justice to demonstrate their solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza. Led by the self-declared feminist, antiwar group Code Pink, the demonstrators' plan was to enter Gaza from the Egyptian border at Rafah and deliver "humanitarian aid" to the Hamas terrorist organization. But it was not to be. Led by Code Pink founder and California Democratic fund-raiser Jodie Evans, the demonstrators were not welcomed by Egyptian authorities. Many were surrounded by riot police and...

“Gush Shalom” has severely criticized Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s “arrogant” approach in dealing with the crisis surrounding the kidnapping of Corp. Gilad Shalit by Arab terrorists in Gaza. In an announcement Tuesday, the radical but influential leftist group said, “Prime Minister Olmert’s arrogant and aggressive speeches, and his ugly, general threats are endangering the life of the captive soldier.” Gush Shalom (“Peace Bloc”) called on the Israeli government to open negotiations with the soldier’s captors, explaining, “Ever since states and wars have existed in the world, when a person is taken captive, negotiations are conducted to secure his release.” The...

The Gush Shalom movement has called for a boycott of the David's City historical attraction in the east Jerusalem village of Silwan. The group has also demanded that authorities investigate whether any of the funding for the site's recent advertising campaign came from public monies. Gush Shalom claimed that the purpose of David's City is to back up Elad settlers in their efforts to expel Silwan's Arab residents and to "brainwash" the visitors to the site. David's City, Gush Shalom argued, ignores the part played by non-Jews, particularly Arabs, in the history of Jerusalem.
