An accident in western Kansas kills an eleven-year-old Dodge City boy. The Kansas Highway Patrol says it happened Friday evening shortly before six at the Western Kansas Dirt Riders Track. Troopers said Darren Rhoten, 49, was driving a watering truck around the track while his son Dylan,11, rode on the back of it. When the truck stopped, police say Dylan jumped off, tripped, and fell on the ground. At the same time, Darren put the truck in reverse and backed over the Dylan.
