Washington attorney Joe diGenova claimed in an interview last night that the Department of Justice inspector general has determined that "the final three FISA extensions were illegally obtained," and the first one is still being investigated. For the past year, DOJ IG Michael Horowitz has been investigating the FBI's 2016 surveillance activities and his report is expected later this month or in early June. Washington power couple Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing appeared on Lou Dobbs' Fox Business Network show Thursday night to talk about the latest turns in the "SpyGate" saga. "The only question now is whether or not...

Update: In response to a question Tuesday from NBC News reporter Andrea Mitchell, former Obama White House National Security Adviser Susan Rice denied that she “prepared” spreadsheets of surveilled telephone calls involving Donald Trump and his aides. The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group, however, reported that Rice “ordered” the spreadsheets to be produced. In addition, former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova, one of TheDCNF’s sources, said Tuesday in response to Rice that her denial “would come as quite a surprise to the government officials who have reviewed dozens of those spreadsheets.” Former President Barack Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice...

Now that the Russian collusion hoax has been debunked, and not even the Hillary Clinton acolytes who comprised Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office saw fit to charge the president with obstruction of justice, the party is about to get very rough for the FBI, Justice Department, and CIA leaders who concocted the hoax and who illegally spied on American citizens. On April 10, 2019, Attorney General William Barr testified before the Senate Appropriations Committee that Donald Trump’s presidential campaign had been spied upon by U.S. intelligence agencies. According to Barr, the “question was whether it [the spying] was adequately predicated.”...

DiGenova told the panel a solo report on James Comey coming out in about two weeks. DiGenova says the report will contain criminal referrals. DiGenova also said the only hero in all of the cabal is Admiral Mike Rogers who not only slipped into the Trump tower after the election, and told Trump the truth, but he’d gone to the FISA Court and told them who the culprits were and to stop the madness. According to diGenova the FISA Court has already turned the information over to Attorney General Bill Barr.

Liberal TV wench calls Bill Barr a liar - Joe DeGenova goes nutzo..! Joe diGenova, prominent US attourney and Trump adviser, defended Attorney General William Barr during a heated interview with Hrystal Ball from Hill.TV, saying Barr is "one of the finest lawyers this country has ever produced." Ms. Ball had asked if Barr might have lied in his comments about whether a sitting president can be indicted. "Don't you dare suggest that Bill Barr is a liar," diGenova said, raising his voice. "I've known him for 30 years. He's one of the finest lawyers this country has ever produced."...

ZeroHedge reports, Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova says civil discourse is over in America, and recommends voting and buying guns because "we are in a civil war."

Commenting on the double standard the political left and the liberal media play -- conservatives are pilloried and leftists are coddled -- former U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova explained that America is in a "civil war" now and that things will get much worse before they get better -- "total war." DiGenova, who also served as special counsel to investigate the Teamsters and as counsel to the Senate Select Intelligence Committee, made his remarks on the Feb. 21 edition of The Laura Ingraham Podcast. During the discussion, Igraham noted how the left and the liberal media work hand-in-hand to spin and...

Joe D believes that Bill Barr is committed to "fully investigate" the FISA violations and all the violations committed by the FBI.

Points made by DiGenova: It was vindictive prosecution. This raid occurred after the Manafort raid. That means that neither FBI Director Chris Wray, Rosenstein or (acting AG) Whitaker said anything to Mueller about not doing anything like that again. It also means that Wray, Rosenstein, and Whittaker approved of the raid on Stone's House. Either the FBI office in Ft. Lauderdale or Mueller's office notified CNN (in advance).

I know people will come to his defense but let’s look at the facts. Gowdy talks a good talk but have we actually seen any justice? Benghazi, Clinton, Lynch, Obama and his cronies Legal analyst and former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova called out Representatives Trey Gowdy and Bob Goodlatte. Mary Walter talked to diGenova about the effectiveness of Gowdy and Goodlatte and if what they are doing now at the last minute will produce any results. DiGenova didn’t hold back in slamming both representatives. “This is an embarrassment by Gowdy and Goodlatte, to stand up and pound their chest on...

In a remarkably inappropriate and blatantly political statement Wednesday, U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts chastised President Trump for the president’s quite accurate criticism of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and its rogue district and appellate court judges. The spectacle of the ostensibly nonpolitical chief justice engaged in a dispute with the president of the United States is insulting to the Supreme Court and to our system of justice. Shame on the chief justice. What he did is unforgivable, especially after the corrosive Senate confirmation battle over now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who was the subject of bitter and...

Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova appears on WMAL radio for a discussion of the joint house committee issuing subpoenas for Loretta Lynch, James Comey and Sally Yates. diGenova brings up a good point, what happens if they just simply refuse to comply? Answer: Nothing. From diGenova’s perspective it’s chaff and countermeasures. In this interview a fired-up diGenova strongly lambasts Bob Goodlatte, Trey Gowdy, Paul Ryan and Kevin McCarthy for enabling a highly political Rod Rosenstein and Robert Mueller to cover-up the institutional corruption within the DOJ and FBI.

Interesting stuff tonight on TWO FoxNews shows.Atty. Joe DiGenova made very cryptic remarks, indicating to me that Christine Ford has had some relationships with PGA golfers that she won't like exposed. He was gently smirking while saying, (I paraphrase) "Don't talk to PGA golfers about Dr. Ford. Oh no .... you don't want to talk to PGA golfers."It seems a dark story about the accuser and PGA golfers is right around the corner.I guess we'll see.

"The walls are closing in, but they're not closing in on the president. They're closing in on the FBI and the Department of Justice under President Obama," diGenova said on Fox News' "Hannity" Thursday night. "By mentioning Carter Page, they have now created massive civil liability for everybody involved in revealing Carter Page's name," diGenova declared. He cited the names of former FBI counterintelligence director Bill Priestap, former FBI director James Comey, former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, and former FBI general counsel James Baker as people who are particularly vulnerable to civil liability. "The reporters for the New York...

Former United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe DiGenova appearing on Fox News Hannity lambasting do-nothing Huber and reporting Rosenstein is under investigation, " ... why isn't Huber conducting a Grand Jury on this. He was supposed to be looking at this and Uranium 1.Well, in U1 he didn't`t even interview Doug Campbell who is our client.... he's got a big problem with FISA (Rosenstein) personally. ...he`s now under investigation and cannot do FISAs anymore... Rosenstein is under investigation for things that involve the FISA warrants...we have a mess of such proportions (DoJ) that there is nothing that...
