WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump seems poised to win his Senate impeachment trial Friday, with Republicans rallying around the Commander in Chief in his bid to prevent Democrat House managers from calling witnesses in the case. President Trump stands accused by House Democrats of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress for allegedly pressuring Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden’s role in withholding Obama administration loan money to coerce the country to fire its prosecutor-general, who was looking into Biden’s son Hunter’s lucrative board position at the gas company Burisma Holdings. Republican senators Mitt Romney and Susan Collins have expressed interest...

U.S. Postal Service records show delivery delays have persisted across the country as millions of Americans are voting by mail, raising the possibility of ballots being rejected because they arrive too late. Postal data through Oct. 9, the latest numbers available, show nearly all the agency’s delivery regions missing its target of having at least 95% of first-class mail arrive within five days. Parts of the presidential battleground states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio fell short of delivery goals by wide margins as the agency struggles to regain its footing after a tumultuous summer. The districts that included...

PHILADELPHIA - Here in the birthplace of American democracy, election officials are scrambling to prepare for a presidential vote they fear could plunge the nation into a historic political crisis. Philadelphia’s Board of Elections plans to move its counting operations to a 125,000-square foot space in the city’s convention center. Dozens of staffers, feeding expensive new machines to open envelopes and process mail-in ballots, will spend days tallying hundreds of thousands of votes - under intense scrutiny from partisan observers. The workers likely will discard thousands of ballots that are not properly completed or do not arrive in a special...

The biggest October surprise of the 2020 elections came in the form of a laptop, reportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, discovered in a Delaware computer repair shop. The device, and its damning contents, have grown into a campaign-killing scandal for Hunter’s father, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. ... Unfortunately, not everyone in Washington, D.C., is itching to get to the bottom of this case. Some, like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, are actively working to suppress an investigation into the laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden. “We write regarding press reports concerning materials allegedly describing activities by Hunter Biden, and...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said Friday on MSNBC that President Donald Trump was “delusional” when he says America is turning the corner on the coronavirus pandemic. Pelosi said, “In our legislation which I hope that the administration is just on the verge of accepting, they would, they must follow the science. They must allocate the resources in a way that, again, follows CDC guidelines to crush the virus. Everything else we’re talking about will just continue and perhaps worsen unless we crush the virus."

Hunter Biden’s e-mail account appears to show that his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, used the pseudonym “Peter Henderson” when trading e-mails with his family, the National Pulse can exclusively reveal. While Biden – or “the big guy” – has his real name attached to his private account for some time, it changed around early 2016, going from “Joseph Biden” to “Peter Henderson” in Hunter’s e-mails. It is unclear whether this change was on Hunter’s end (on his devices) or on Joe’s, but Peter Henderson’s e-mails included messages such as “Keep in touch, Love Dad” and shared links –...

Rich Higgins is the quintessential American patriot. A tough, blunt-spoken guy from the streets of Boston, he began his career as an Army bomb technician in the 1990s. He went from screening visitors to the Clinton White House, looking for hidden explosives, to clearing IEDs in Iraq, to working in the Trump administration as a national security expert, worrying about metaphorical boobytraps set by Obama holdovers and Deep State seditionists. Higgins’ new book, “The Memo: 20 Years Inside the Deep State Fighting for America First,” is an eye-opening and unique book for a political memoir. It is not heavy on...

Former FBI deputy chief of counterintelligence Peter Strzok was hired by Georgetown University on Monday to teach at the Walsh School of Foreign Service. Georgetown University’s website lists Strzok as an adjunct professor, and Strzok added his teaching position to his Twitter bio, Fox News reported. Strzok became known for anti-Trump text messages that he sent during the 2016 presidential election to FBI attorney Lisa Page, with whom he was having an extramarital affair, while he was employed by the FBI. He was fired from the FBI for the texts in 2018. Strzok was assigned to then-special counsel Robert Mueller’s...

Former Vice President Joe Biden mistakenly called the Proud Boys the “Poor Boys” as he tried to link the controversial organization to President Donald Trump in the final presidential debate. “He said about the Poor Boys [sic] last time we were on stage here he said, ‘I tell them to stand down and stand ready,'” Biden said, referring to a moment in the first presidential debate. “C’mon! This guy has a dog whistle as big as a foghorn.” During the first debate, Biden demanded that Trump denounce the “Proud Boys,” a right-wing group, as “white supremacists.” Here is the exchange...

The government hasn’t “lost track” of migrant children's parents. The fact is, some parents don’t want their children back in their country of origin. On Thursday night when Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden angrily accused President Trump of a “criminal” family separation policy that had “lost track” of more than 500 migrant children at the U.S.-Mexico border, he was repeating an inaccurate and misleading news report that had circulated earlier this week. “What happened? Their kids were ripped from their arms and separated and now they cannot find over 500 sets of those parents and those kids are alone,” Biden...

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden told a brazen lie about Obamacare Thursday evening during the final presidential debate in Nashville, Tennessee, claiming that no one lost their private health insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act. President Donald Trump attacked Biden's health care plan, accusing the Democratic nominee's plan of being "socialized medicine" that would terminate "180 million" private insurance plans. In response, Biden said that if the Supreme Court declares Obamacare unconstitutional he will pass new health care legislation "with a public option." He declared his support for private health insurance, arguing that a public option would increase competition...

In a day when half the US population remained transfixed by the ongoing revelations about the contents of Hunter Biden's "laptop from hell" and the other half was doing everything in its power to ignore the news which the socials have conveniently been desperate to censor, a far less noticed but perhaps just as important investigative report authored by the unknown Typhoon Investigations, was released by Christopher Balding, Associate Professor at Peking University HSBC School of Business Shenzhen, China and also Bloomberg contributor (which is odd considering the clear anti-Trump bias of the Bloomberg media empire) exposing Biden activities...

“[M]ost arrested in protests aren’t leftist radicals,†headlined an Associated Press analysis published Oct. 20. Of those arrested this summer during the nation’s largest outbreak of riots in 30 years, “Very few of those charged appear to be affiliated with highly organized extremist groups, and many are young suburban adults from the very neighborhoods Trump vows to protect from the violence in his reelection push to win support from the suburbs,†the article’s second paragraph says. They've been portrayed by the president as violent left-wing radicals and used to scare suburban voters. But an @AP review found most of...

Hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin slammed Democratic Gov. J.B. Pritzker as “a shameless master of personal tax avoidance” Thursday in an email to his Chicago employees that criticized the governor’s push for a graduated-income tax rate amendment. “I am not willing to stand by as, once again, spineless politicians try to sell a trick disguised as a solution. Particularly not from a governor who, having inherited a great deal of wealth, has worked so diligently to avoid paying taxes himself,” Griffin wrote in an email obtained by the Tribune, which was verified by a company spokesman. “Not only does he...

Hunter Biden's ex-business partner Tony Bobulinski claimed on Thursday that he met with former VP Biden regarding his son's business dealings and alleged that someone involved with the controversy had warned him about coming forward. "I was told this past Sunday by somebody who was also involved in this matter that if I went public, this information -- it would 'bury all of us, man,'" Bobulinski alleged in a statement Thursday night. He went on to accuse the former VP of lying about his involvement with his son's business dealings and claimed that the family sought to conceal his activities....
