Fox Business. Some dinner.. Trump roasting Hillary pretty good.

New data out today from YouGov BrandIndex suggests that Fox News is losing its luster in the eyes of Republican consumers -- who, it must be noted, pretty much despise CNN and MSNBC more than ever.

Rapper Eminem released a brand-new track ahead of the final presidential debate titled “Campaign Speech.” The seven-minute freestyle rap covers a wide range of controversial news events that have surfaced during this election season — from the killing of Trayvon Martin, to Charleston church gunman Dylann Roof, to 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and his anti-cop demonstrations. Given the rap’s title, it’s no surprise that Donald Trump gets a mention. What is surprising, however, is the fact that Eminem of all people chose to bash Trump and his supporters, considering how much he and the Republican nominee have in common.

Image copyright Apple Image caption Apple said this wall charger and other goods were fakes despite being advertised as an "original Apple" items Apple has complained of a "flood" of counterfeit goods masquerading as its products being sold on Amazon.com.The claim relates to items sold via Amazon's "fulfilment" scheme, whereby third parties list their goods on the retail giant's site, store their inventory in its warehouses and rely on it for deliveries.Apple warns the alleged fakes are potentially life-threatening.But it is suing one of the vendors rather than Amazon itself. The defendant, New York-based Mobile Star LLC, could not be reached...

Briefly, because I’m trying to get some work done instead expending energy on this horrific, disgusting election cycle… In last night’s debate Clinton stated that “17 intelligence agencies have confirmed that Russia is behind the email hacks” which were then turned over to Wikileaks. Nevermind that the mainstream media and the elites are very selective about when to condemn hacked document dumps. As I wrote yesterday before the debate:

The Rino Netherworld........a place where to go when no one else in America wants you.....Who are the current dwellers? Paul Ryan, Bill Kristol, Mitt Romney, most of Fox News...I think it is a good idea to compile a list so we can send it around in order to boycott these sleazy denizens. Who do you think should be consigned to the Rino Netherworld?

Owners have mostly been quiet about the national anthem protests staged by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and others. But Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay isn’t one to keep his opinions to himself. Irsay doesn’t like the protests. In a story about declining television ratings, Irsay told USA Today’s Jarrett Bell his feelings about Kaepernick and others. “I think it’s the wrong venue,” Irsay told USA Today. “It hasn’t been a positive thing. What we all have to be aware of as players, owners, PR people, equipment managers, is when the lights go on we are entertainment. We are...

Will convicted killer Brendan Dassey go free? Not if the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office wins their appeal against his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On Wednesday, they filed their opening brief in Dassey v. Dittman in a bid to keep him locked up.A federal judge overturned Dassey’s conviction in August, saying that his videotaped confession to the 2005 murder of photojournalist Teresa Halbach was “involuntary” under the Fifth and Fourteen Amendments. But the AG is now requesting an oral argument, and a chance to prove that police did everything legit. They maintain that he fessed up to his...

If you have an interest in fairness, justice and preventing wrongful convictions, then the new book "How the Police Generate False Confessions," by former Washington, D.C., homicide detective James Trainum is an important read. It takes you inside the interrogation room to see how investigators extract admissions from innocent people, and how the justice system can fix this persistent problem, seen in high profile cases such as the Central Park Five, the Norfolk Four and the teenaged suspect from Wisconsin in the Netflix series "Making a Murderer." It's a phenomenon that remains, understandably, incomprehensible to many. Someone "admits" to a...

I want you to compare these two videos that follow and tell me if you think Scott Foval who was revealed this week by Project Veritas is the same ANGRY guy in glasses at the Clay Aiken campaign fundraiser of a couple of years ago. First take a look at Scott Foval in the Project Veritas VIDEO. Okay, now take a look at the ANGRY guy in glasses in the Clay Aiken fundraiser VIDEO. So what do you think? Same person or different?

"Imagine my surprise when I found a pile of IRS 1040 tax returns among the tons of trash at a “lay-up site” used by illegal border jumpers near the Mexican border west of Douglas, Arizona. There are dozens of such places where the thousands of border invaders change clothes, discard trash and wait to be taken by their “coyote” to their pick-up location for moving on to Phoenix or El Paso or Houston. The IRS 1040 forms were filled out and had been used. Hey, who says illegal aliens don’t pay taxes? I collected the 1040 forms and we noticed...

Microsoft Japan, in conjunction with cosmetics supplier Shiseido, has developed TeleBeauty, an app that applies virtual makeup—with styles ranging from “cool” to “trendy”—over a face. TeleBeauty uses the laptop’s camera to superimpose the makeup scheme as the woman (or a man, though the app seems aimed at women) conducts a Skype for Business call. ... Shiseido encourages women to explore the app’s settings: “Go natural, for everyday meetings”, or “bold, to get undivided attention,” or even “trendy, to pitch a new idea.” To the untrained eye, it’s not quite clear where the app actually applies the virtual makeup, however.

Like clockwork, every September the entire tech world gets excited for the newest Apple device. The combination of a premium build, unmatched system performance, and tightly integrated software and services delivers what’s considered to be the gold standard in smartphone user experience. Over the past five years, Apple’s modem supplier was Qualcomm, but this year, Apple has taken a different approach with the decision to source two instead of one baseband chipset suppliers: Qualcomm and Intel. This created two distinct RF SKUs, one limited to GSM/WCDMA/LTE support (A1778, A1784), powered by Intel’s modem, and one with GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/LTE support (A1660,...
