Now, a judge's ruling is allowing the Hartland Sportsmens Club gun range to reopen. The woman was hit a quarter of a mile away while having dinner at the Delafield Brewhouse. It was April of 2010 when Raluca Buznea's pregnant stomach was grazed by a stray bullet. Wednesday she learned the range can reopen. “She was surprised to hear that there's been a change, but her feeling is if this is the ruling, and the gun range can open and be safe, she'll live with that,” Buznea’s attorney, Jason Abraham said.
