Two days after being sworn-in to a new term, on Cincinnati council member has his sights set on a bigger office. The Enquirer reports Democrat John Cranley says he wants to run against Republican Congressman Steve Chabot next year. This wouldn't be Cranley's first time taking a shot at Congress. He ran against Chabot in 2000, winning 45% of the vote. The Enquirer says Cranley filed papers with the Federal Election Commission creating a congressional campaign committee.
