An Obama-appointed federal judge has handed the administration a major victory, ruling that a Muslim woman’s civil rights were violated by an American clothing retailer that didn’t allow her to wear a head scarf as required by her religion. The lawsuit was filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency that enforces the nation’s workplace discrimination laws. In 2011 the agency sued the retail giant, Abercrombie & Fitch, accusing it of religious discrimination for firing 19-year-old Umme-Hani Khan for wearing a hijab at a northern California store. The company, which focuses on hip casual wear for consumers...
  • Morsi’s Boasts of a Pro-Brotherhood U.S. Come True

Nearly two months after Egypt’s June 30 Revolution, it is interesting to note how the final dialogue between ousted President Morsi and General Abdel Fattah al-Sisi—full of threats and vows of determination on both sides—have all come to pass, including in the very details, specifically the U.S. government’s role. On July 5, the Arabic language, Egyptian newspaper El Watan published what it said were the final words between the two Egyptian men, as transcribed by an eyewitness, before the general put the president in prison. The relevant portions of the dialogue between Sisi and Morsi follow, interspersed with my retrospective...

…From its inception in 1928, the Muslim Brotherhood has been the subject of persecution due to its commitment to a single goal —transitioning the world into an Islamic empire. ..The Muslim Brotherhood saw its gains as “one small step” for Islam and “one giant leap” for Muslimkind. Not content with small successful steps, it moved to take a giant leap in Egypt. ...Morsi was the Muslim Brotherhood’s “poster boy,” coming to office because the Brotherhood was the only domestic organization with the infrastructure in place to support a candidate.…What the Muslim Brotherhood had planned for Egypt extended far beyond those...

A North Carolina bill that prohibits judges from considering foreign law, including Islamic Shariah, became law Monday without Gov. Pat McCrory’s signature. The bill was one of 34 passed by the legislature during the summer. McCrory signed the other 33 bills, calling the anti-Shariah bill “unnecessary,” but declined to veto it...

There is no question that the US and the Muslim Brotherhood have been engaged in a dialogue during the course of the so-called Arab Spring, in regards to the form and structure of government in Egypt and perhaps in the Middle East as a whole. But the real question, which is frequently asked, is what kind of a role did the US exactly play in the Muslim Brotherhood’s arrival to power in Egypt? Is the US actually working alongside the Muslim Brotherhood to shape the future of the Middle East? As we tackle this thorny topic, we will have to...

A professor at the University of Central Florida, whose comments about Muslim culture created controversy, gave a speech Tuesday night in the Board of County Commissions chamber, something that is upsetting a Florida organization. More than 130 people showed up to the monthly meeting to hear from Jonathan Matusitz, a UCF professor whose views on the Muslim culture and Jihad has upset CAIR (The Council on American-Islamic Relations) with what some call a speech full of hate. CAIR posted a video clip to YouTube from what looks to be a UCF lecture in June. In it, Matusitz said, “It’s not...

(CNSNews.com) - Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) told a gathering of Democrats, “The bottom line is we’re not broke, there’s plenty of money, it’s just the government doesn’t have it.” Ellison was discussing his ‘Inclusive Prosperity Act’ measure at the July 25th Progressive Democrats of America roundtable in Washington. “People like, George Soros, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Paul Krugman, Joe Stiglitz, Jeffrey Sax, Dean Baker, Robert Poland, Larry Summers have said they all support a transaction tax,” Ellison said. “The bottom line is we’re not broke, there’s plenty of money, it’s just the government doesn’t have it,” Ellison continued, “The government...

Recently the North Carolina legislature passed American Laws for American Courts (ALAC) legislation with broad bipartisan support. The purpose of ALAC is to protect individual, fundamental constitutional rights in cases involving foreign laws and foreign legal doctrines. Among those fundamental constitutional rights are freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, due process and equal protection under the law. One of the primary opponents of ALAC legislation is the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which seeks to supplant US constitutional rights and norms by accommodating foreign laws and foreign legal doctrines, such as Shariah....

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), America’s largest and most powerful Muslim advocacy group, called Saturday for the Obama administration to condemn military attacks against the Freedom and Justice Party, the controversial religious party removed from power in a recent coup that the Obama administration is insisting “was not a coup.” The administration reportedly fears that declaring a coup d’etat in Egypt would force the U.S. to suspend all of its assistance programs in the country, which also helps block weapons smuggling to Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip. …

Why won't the media cover Huma Abedin's ties to the global jihad movement? … perpetuating what is, in fact, the great Huma Abedin cover-up [snip] Everyone knows (too much) about the exposure part: Anthony Weiner, candidate for mayor of New York City, turns out to be a recidivist pervert. The fatuous conversation that has followed this "news" has turned on the decision of Weiner's wife, Huma Abedin, to step forward to try to salvage her husband's bid for public office. The Wall Street Journal's response to Abedin's decision was typical: "Watching the elegant Huma Abedin stand next to her man...

Charlotte’s revulsion over Huma Abedin’s calculated “stand by your man” routine is surely right. Still, it is amazing, as we speculate about Ms. Abedin’s political future, that the elephant in the room goes unnoticed, or at least studiously unmentioned. Sorry to interrupt the Best Enabler of a Sociopath Award ceremony but, to recap, Ms. Abedin worked for many years at a journal that promotes Islamic-supremacist ideology that was founded by a top al-Qaeda financier, Abdullah Omar Naseef. Naseef ran the Rabita Trust, a formally designated foreign terrorist organization under American law. Ms. Abedin and Naseef overlapped at the Journal of...

(CNSNews.com) - The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) offered condolences on the death of Helen Thomas, saying she will be "fondly remembered by the American Muslim community." At a White House celebration for American Jewish Heritage Month, Thomas was asked by RabbiLive.com if she had any “comments on Israel.” “Tell them to get the hell out of Palestine," Thomas said. "Remember, these people are occupied, and it’s their land.” Thomas then suggested that Jewish people "go home" to “Poland, Germany,” “and America, and everywhere else.”

Justice Dept.: Zimmerman Case Under Review (AP) http://tinyurl.com/nbynsk6 CAIR said the DOJ should investigate whether George Zimmerman violated Martin's civil rights by apparently engaging in racial profiling prior to the deadly shooting. "the radical Right-Wing’s War on Islam" "trying to get your religion banned" Look at the level of deception and and outright lies employed by Muslim Brotherhood groups in America. This demagoguery and fearmongering is how Islamic supremacists demonize efforts to protect freedom. Foreign law legislation "prohibits the violation of an individual's right under the Constitution of the State of Alaska or the United States Constitution.” This very simple and clear cut legislation should be the proverbial no brainer. PUGACHYOV, Russia -- About 600 residents of the town of Pugachyov in Saratov Oblast of Russia's Volga region have taken part in a protest and demanded that people native to the North Caucasus be forced out of the region. The July 8 protest was prompted by a deadly scuffle in a cafe in which a Chechen teenager stabbed and killed a former paratrooper, Ruslan Marzhanov. The situation in the town has been tense since the incident occurred on July 6. The deputy governor of Saratov Oblast, Denis Fadeyev, traveled to Pugachyov and regional authorities have sent additional police forces. Law...

ORLANDO, Fla. — A professor is facing a formal complaint for how he teaches students at the University of Central Florida Wednesday. The Council on American-Islamic Relations claims Jonathan Matusitz, a UCF professor, supports an anti-Muslim hate group. It said in the letter the professor is a member of Act for America, a group that is against Muslims. Matusitz told Channel 9 he's spoken to the organization before. The letter asks UCF to review the professor's teachings. A video of Matusitz was posted on YouTube.

No, this is not the Onion. The New York chapter of the Hamas-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations is submitting testimony on “hate crimes.” The hate group announced in a press release last week: “On Friday, the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY) submitted written testimony for a public hearing on that state’s hate crimes law hosted by ranking member of the Senate Committee on Investigations and Government Operations, State Sen. Brad Hoylman.” Hamas-CAIR is submitting testimony on hate crimes? This is Shariah in action. Why aren’t the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) or Stop Islamization of...
