I have a Benelli SN that I use for regular hunting/trap duties. Was thinking about a home defense shotgun. Would It make more sense to buy a different gun? M500? 870? or just buy a shorter barrel for the SN? I also have 2 45s and a Marlin 30/30 and a Win 7mmMag but I think the wife would be more comfortable with an easy to use Shotgun... I liked the 500, the Win spx was ok.. but the safety was too far. havent tried any others yet... just thought I would get some opinions... Mod the Benelli or new??

Indian Space Research Organisation's Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM) spacecraft started orbiting the red planet at 7.47am, but it was only 12 minutes later —because of a time delay in radio signals travelling the 680 million km -- that scientists at Isro Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network in Bangalore, could erupt in joy as Prime Minister Narendra Modi stood a happy witness.

They're buying real estate in comfortable but unpretentious neighborhoods — neighborhoods thought of as simply upper-middle-class just a couple years ago — where apartments now regularly sell for millions of dollars. A few lawmakers have suggested in recent months that despite a $174,000 annual salary, generous health care and pensions, and perks for things like travel and mail, being one of the elite 435 ain't always what it's cracked up to be. And when you calculate the hours they put in, the pay isn't stellar either, they say.

Meanwhile, those reporting medium to very high morale dropped to 46.5 percent from 65.7 percent in 2005. Seventeen percent reported acute stress, compared to 6 percent in 2005. Thousands of Georgia's teens are continuing to fail final exams as they struggle with the accelerated concepts of integrated math. The latest evidence is the results to the End-of-Course Tests given in December, when 17,520 students flunked the Math I and Math II exams. The state's school districts are likely to examine those scores as they decide whether to keep teaching integrated math to their high school students or return to more traditional methods. It's now said that we're in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, but that judgment seems premature. In the 1980s, most of the savings and loan industry, then the largest source of home mortgage loans, was wiped out. At decade's end, commercial banks faced huge losses on loans to developing countries and for commercial real estate and energy projects. From 1988 to 1992, 905 banks failed, the most since the 1930s. The 1997-98 Asian crisis involved more bad lending — mainly by U.S., Japanese and European banks — that sent Thailand, South Korea and other nations careening from...

When Bhutto was admitted to Rawalpindi General Hospital shortly after the fatal attack on her on December 27, doctor Musaddiq Khan, who treated her, told a PPP leader that he had seen "such a case for the first time in his life", sources said.
