Canada’s Foreign Interference Commission heard Wednesday that Conservative MP Michael Chong, who was threatened by Chinese intelligence operators in Toronto, fears foreign agents could infiltrate closed party leadership races and effectively appoint Canadian prime ministers and premiers. Chong’s testimony reflected concerns from CSIS intelligence documents exclusively reported by The Bureau, which found Chinese proxy agents have allegedly infiltrated leadership contests for provincial and national parties recently. Networks of alleged United Front Work Department proxies and Chinese community leaders in Vancouver and Toronto have been the focus of Inquiry evidence so far, regarding Beijing’s attempts to attack candidates seen as “anti-China”...

When a person has or maintains a false belief or judgment about overt and objective external reality, and holds such views in defiance despite unquestionable authentication to the contrary, clinicians and therapists appropriately describe this as delusion and reflective of some form of mental disorder. Delusions are beliefs that are plainly untrue and that indicate an abnormality in the affected person’s content of thought. More problematic is these individuals are positively assured that the delusion is real.

Why don't quite a number of GOP House members just admit they don't want to be in a political party, don't understand what having a political majority can mean for all members of the party, and just want to stand out instead of being included - so why don't they just leave their party and be done with it, and provide the inevitable, handing the speaker role to the Dims.

In my view the Biden administration is going all in on military aid to Israel for one reason and one reason alone - they are trying to save the Biden presidency from its own abject failure, where nothing they have done has worked - not in Afghanistan, inflation, the border or anything else.

I use a third party Email program (Thunderbird) to get my Email (via a POP setup) from Verizon (now hosted by AOL). I noticed some months ago that spam filters it was using were not always reliable. I began going on line to AOL mail to see what had been placed in the "Trash" folder (Emails I got via Thunderbird) and what it had in a "SPAM" folder. I found Emails assigned as Spam were not and some Emails they sent ot me should have been sent to the Spam folder instead. I made corrections on their Email web page....
