What is ObamaFraud.5x?

I suppose SADO could have been sent off to Kenya on a 'freighter' but I think it is more likely that she made the trip on a more comfortable and accommodating 'passenger ocean liner', as outlined below. 'Money' never seemed to be much of a problem for anything related to BHO-II.

Speculation concerning Ann Dunham’s possible sea voyage from Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, to Mombasa, Kenya in the early Spring of 1961.

It seems probable that Ann, 18 years old and about 4 months pregnant, traveled via one of the passenger ship itineraries indicated on the timetable linked below. I believe it is likely that she traveled alone.

For example, assuming the sailing schedule was similar in 1961, she could have taken the voyage: -- Line 42, Around the World, Westbound via the Orient & South Africa,1962. On the leg from Hawaii to Kenya, it utilized the American President Lines, Messageries Maritimes, and the British India Line.

Travel Details, Line 42:

Depart from Honolulu, USA, March 7, with stops at Yokohama, Hong Kong, Saigon, Singapore, Colombo, Bombay, Seychelles, and arrive at Mombasa, Kenya, April 25.

Thus, the minimum total trip time from Honolulu to Mombasa was slightly over 7 weeks. However, I presume passengers could arrange to make extended tourist stops at cities along the route, board the next ship traveling the same route and belonging to the same shipping line which stopped at that city, and then continue the journey. It probably would have been especially easy to arrange extended stopovers along the way in either Yokohama or Bombay, since these stops involved changes in shipping lines. We don't know how long it actually took Ann to travel via ocean liner from Hawaii to Kenya.

The following are some ‘carefully selected’ excerpts from the article:

“What we see here is a very badly done fake certificate today in a longish video attributed to the anonymous TheSmokingGun. (The new certificate appears at 20:14 in the video.) This certificate is obviously not an official record. That’s a phrase that only a birther could love, but it’s not from a Kenyan birth certificate. In fact there is not a single occurrence (before this article) of the phrase “citizen of the Kenya Colony” on the entire Internet, says Google and Bing. Why? Because they were subjects, not citizens. (No wonder comments are disabled on the video site, so that folks can’t point out the obvious inconsistencies.)”

The new facts released in the Daily Pen article do not in any way detract from a scenario of a return BOAC air trip from Kenya to Seattle by Ann Dunham and BHO-II via London and Vancouver in mid to late August 1961.

The facts presented in the article do NOT support their return trip by air to the USA via London, New York and San Francisco, except with some difficulty and required explanation by the author.

The facts released indicate that neither BHO Sr. nor either of Ann's parents were likely present at the birth of BHO-II at the CPGH in Mombasa.

The data showing that a COC (Certificate of Citizenship) was granted for one (1) alien during the time period, July 1, 1961 to December 31, 1961, embarking from a very large area in Africa, though not strong, DOES at least support the possibility that BHO-II was born in Kenya.

A proposed BHO-II NATIVITY TIMELINE , which I believe shows the major events occurring during the time period surrounding the birth of BHO-II in Kenya, is presented below:

Early November 1960: Ann Dunham becomes pregnant while a student at the University of Hawaii.

February 2, 1961: Ann Dunham, now about 3 months pregnant, and BHO Sr. the claimed father, allegedly are married on Maui.

Sometime in the approximate time period 2/2/1961 (marriage date) and 4/10/1961 (INS memo date): Ann and BHO Sr. attempt to make arrangements with the Salvation Army in Hawaii for the baby to be placed for adoption. ( http://www.wnd.com/2011/11/365749/ ) Apparently, the attempt to place the baby up for adoption in Hawaii was not successful.

Sometime in the approximate time period, March 1961 to April 1961: Ann, pregnant and now embarrassingly starting to show it, departs ALONE from Hawaii, via passenger cruise SHIP, and slowly heads across the ocean toward Kenya, with the intent of giving the baby to the Kenyan relatives of BHO Sr. for adoption. An extended sea voyage by Ann to Kenya, starting in the Spring of 1961, would help explain why there have not been any photos of her, while pregnant in Hawaii, publicly released.

August 4, 1961: BHO-II is born at the CPGH in Mombasa. Neither BHO Sr nor either one of Ann's parents are present at the birth. BHO Sr's relatives choose not to adopt BHO-II so Ann had no choice but to return with him to the USA. It is also possible, but less likely that Ann, feeling very maternal after the birth, decides to forget about any pre-arranged adoption with the relatives and chooses to keep her new baby son.

Mid to late August, 1961: Ann, BHO-II and possibly an American Christian Missionary who may have accompanied them, depart from Nariobi, Kenya and fly, via BOAC, first to London, and then to Vancouver, Canada.

Mid to late August, 1961: Ann and BHO-II travel the approximate 141 miles via ground transportation from Vancouver to Seattle, Washington, where Ann starts night school extension courses at the University of Washington for the Fall 1961 Semester.

The ad shown in the video linked below was probably produced in about 1964 when the new BOAC VC10 aircraft was first introduced into the fleet serving Kenya and other locations in Africa. Ann and BHO-II would not have traveled in this aircraft but I think the film does give a good picture of the high level of customer service provided by the BOAC flight crews in the 1960’s. Note the stewardess handling the baby bottle at about the 0.10 mark and then interacting with the new mother and her child at about the 0.32 mark.

Did Ann Dunham and her newborn son, BHO-II fly back through Vancouver or San Francisco? It now seems we just don't have enough information yet to make an accurate guess.

Note on Page 14 of the below linked INS Records for Barack H. Obama Sr., provided by Heather Smathers, that he lists BOAC as the airline on which he first traveled to the USA from Kenya and that his port of entry was New York City back in 1959 Based on this information, I think it is likely that he would have recommended BOAC as the airline of choice for his wife (?) Ann Dunham to take from Kenya back to the USA following the birth of BHO-II at the CPGH in Mombasa.

I just finished reading the new e-book titled, “A Question of Eligibility” by Jerome R. Corsi and Michael Zullo, which is available on Amazon.com. The following are excerpts from Chapter 4, INS Passenger Records: Foreign Flights into Hawaii, page 23:

“To date, investigators have not been able to locate the relevant airline passenger flight manifests for 1961.

In the process of the search however, investigators did locate records of cards the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service required for all passengers – including both U.S. citizens and foreign citizens – to fill out and file with passport control when arriving in Honolulu from a foreign city of origin.

Microfilm records of INS cards for passengers arriving in New York on foreign files in 1961 have been found in the National Archives only recently: consequently these records have not yet been examined.”

Thus, it appears that the missing records for the dates August 1, 1961 through August 7, 1961 inclusive, as reported in the March 1st press conference, are pertinent only to flights arriving in Honolulu. I based my original speculation on the belief that Mr. Zullo’s team had examined the INS card records for passengers arriving anywhere in the USA, not just Honolulu.

I don’t see why Ann and her newborn child would need to fly all the way from London to Honolulu and then take a return flight back to Seattle in time to start fall semester night school extension courses at the University of Washington. Why not just go from London directly to Vancouver and then make the relatively short trip of 141 miles or so to Seattle.

Furthermore, it now seems possible that Ann, instead of flying from London to Vancouver, could also have flown from London to New York, prior to continuing on to San Francisco in mid to late August 1961.

We will just have to wait and see if Mr. Zullo and the Cold Case Posse can obtain any useful information from an examination of those INS cards of passengers arriving in New York before we can get a better picture of just which route Ann and baby BHO-II took from Mombasa back to Seattle.

I still think the BOAC flight from London to Vancouver is the most logical route choice!

You’re forgetting the interview with Ann’s friend who told of changing the 3 wk old baby’s diaper when Ann visited her in Washington state late August, 1961.

I don’t see anything in the article that conflicts with what I am stating. In mid to late August 1961, Ann, WAS a relatively inexperienced mother, and probably would have appreciated any tips on how to best accomplish the distasteful job of diaper changing, even for a ‘sweet and perfect’ little tike, and future POTUS, like BHO-II.

I think it more likely that the trip from Kenya actually occurred in August 1961, shortly after BHO-II's birth at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.

Ann and her newborn son flew from Nairobi to London, via BOAC Flight BA162 and then took the non-stop BOAC flight from London to Vancouver, Canada. She then traveled the 110 miles or so, across the border, to Seattle in time to start Fall Semester, night-school extension classes at the University of Washington.

The trip would be challenging for a new mother, but she was young, healthy, intelligent, and capable. BOAC was very accomodating to mothers with young children back in the 1960s. No real problem!

With BHO, there are lots of appropriate terms to work with so it shouldn't be too hard for some creative individual to develop something even more useful!

The following is a minor point and it is obviously strictly a conjecture on my part.

Back in 1961, I think Kenyan BUREAUCRATS, either at the hospital or province level, probably would have had the greatest influence in determining which law (African-Born-In-Kenya or American/European-Born-In-Kenya) would be followed in the case of BHO’s birth to a Kenyan father and American mother at CPGH in Mombasa.

However, IF either of the parents had any say whatsoever in the matter, I think it likely that BOTH the father and the mother would have chosen to have the birth treated under the African-Born-In-Kenya law.

The FATHER would have been proud to have his son, and newest member of the Luo tribe, considered African. The MOTHER would have wanted the simplest and least conspicuous record possible for her son and that would be for him to be considered African. After all, she was planning on phoning her mom in Hawaii as soon as possible to get little BHO set up with an easily-obtainable Hawaiian BC, with all the perks afforded American citizens.

It is my understanding that if Obama can be legally declared to have obtained the office of President fraudulently, all legislation he has signed into law, including the Health Care Reform Act, can be rendered null and void by the “de facto officer doctrine”. The referenced SS Application was obtained from the Orly Taitz, “Defend Our Freedoms Foundation” website. Orly entered a 3/1/10 post titled, “I Need Forensic Document Experts, Signature Experts, Investigators to Work on this and get Any and All Info” The post contains a copy of a letter to Orly from Paula Hoehn with the SS Application attached as a link. The following is an excerpt from the cover letter from Ms. Hoehn to Dr. Taitz.

I am not a handwriting analysis expert. My conclusion, after examining the two signatures, is they have numerous differences, yet some similarities as well, so I can draw no clear impression either way. Thus, I could draw no definite conclusion, based on the signatures, concerning the authenticity of the Blaine BC document.

It’s quite apparent that the marketing video that Lucas produced, which first showed the Obama Kenyan BC to the public, more closely resembles “The Blair Witch Project” than it does either “Avatar” or “Gone with the Wind”. Nevertheless, it has received over 111,000 views since its debut last August on the InspectorSmith YouTube channel and has been widely circulated internationally. This isn’t too bad an exposure for an amateur production that a lot of very powerful individuals have desperately been trying to smother. The discussion regarding Obama’s eligibility continues to escalate, and the Kenyan BC video has played an important part in that process.

I don’t know where Lucas shot the video. To my knowledge, he has never said where he made it, and quite frankly, I don’t care! It has gotten many people’s attention, and that was his sole purpose in making the video. Good quality views of the Kenyan BC are readily available on the web.

Lucas obviously did not plan and execute everything perfectly regarding his trip to Africa and the complex series of events thereafter. It’s easy for lots of computer-glued critics, sitting on their buttery buns, to find fault with him and his actions. I don’t share this view.

The way I look at the matter, Lucas got the job done for us in Mombasa on February 19, 2009 and got out of Kenya alive with a copy of Obama’s BC!

You make an excellent point and you are very likely correct on the matter concerning the two signatures. However, for the sake of discussion, in case the inevitable questions reqarding them arise, allow me to play 'Devil's Advocate' on this.

Could it not at least be conceivable for Madelyn to have gone to the local registrar's office and provided the required information to be typed onto the form. She could then have stated that her co-signer, Martin Blaine E-?-n, was busy with clients, customers, meetings, sickness, or whatever, and could not come in personally. She, however, would be happy to take the form to him for his signature and return the same day to the registrar's office to complete the process.

Regarding the above 'forgery' scenario, IMO -
Loosey goosey and unlikely? Yes!
Impossible? No! (But this wouldn't invalidate the authenticity of the document)

THERE IS NO CERTIFICATION ON THE FORM THAT EITHER OF THE SIGNATURES IN BOXES 18a or 19a WAS WITNESSED BY ANYONE.

I wonder if an image of Madelyn's signature is independently available anywhere on the web? I looked a bit for it but couldn't find anything. It would help authenticate the document if her signature could be shown to match that on the Blaine COLB application.

I have no formal handwriting analysis training and am certainly not disagreeing with your judgement that the signatures were entered by two different persons. The differences in the 'M's and the '8's are, indeed, very obvious. However, I believe it can also be stated that the two signatures perhaps have areas of "similarity" in their general style,letter slant,letter closure properties, etc. Thus, there at least exists the possibility that both signatures were entered by the same person.

What are the ramifications if the same person, presumably Grandma, did in fact sign in both box 18a (as Madelyn Payne Dunham) and box 19a (as Martin Blaine E-?-n). Would this mean that the document must be declared bogus? I don't think we could conclude this!

It's my general impression that virtually all the major players involved in this entire mess, including Grandma, were very adept at "gaming" the system. We have no way of knowing what really transpired 50 or so years ago when the Blaine COLB application document was submitted. I assume conditions in the government records offices at that time were rather disorganized. Hawaii had only been a state for a few years. Perhaps Grandma couldn't or didn't wish to involve another live person as "witness" in this Kenyan-birth, mixed-race matter. Maybe she chose to just forge the name given in box 19a and submit the document herself to the local registrar! Who could now truthfully say that this could not have happened?

Thus, even if the same person signed on 18a and 19a, I believe the document could still be authentic.

The Kenyan BC bears the signatures of both the attending doctor and the supervisor of obstetrics at the time of birth and also that of the chief hospital administrator, who certified the copy of the BC obtained by Mr. Smith. Although not officially authenticated by the hospital, probably because of serious threats by Kenyan security officials, this document has never been effectively challenged.

An legal affidavit attesting to the document's authenticity was signed by Mr. Smith and was submitted to Federal Judge David O. Carter in September 2009 in support of a court case.

I believe you may have made a hasty and incorrect decision not to join up with the indomitable Mr. Smith in a combined legal fight to prove that Obama was indeed born in Mombasa, Kenya.

Lucas personally obtained and now owns the critical piece of evidence required, which is the Mombasa BC. He has also amassed an invaluable amount of hard-won knowledge and 'boots on the ground' experience about how to effectively win this constantly shifting, treacherous battle. He knows a lot about which players to trust and which players can talk a good game but who either are following their own selfish agenda or are actually secretly trying to lose the battle.

Lucas and Orly were not able to work together and there was no mutual respect between them, as can easily be seen from his declaration. I believe Lucas was afraid that Orly would not allow him to testify in court regarding the CPGH Kenyan Birth Certificate because of her animosity towards him. I think the document you posted complements the "Lucas Smith Kenyan Birth Certificate", which is linked below. The hospitals (CPGH) and the birthdates (August 4, 1961) on the two documents match. Mr. Smith affirmed on an affidavit presented to federal Judge David O. Carter, who is hearing the case in Santa Ana, CA, that he personally obtained the the BC at the CPGH in February 2009.

I have been closely following Lucas Smith and the postings on his InspectorSmith YouTube channel since its inception several months ago. I believe he has submitted to the court a document that is very likely authentic and which he definitely believes to be authentic. Unfortunately, officals in Kenya (probably under conditions of extreme duress) apparently are not willing to authenticate the document.

It is my understanding that the date (17 February 1964) on which the Deputy Registrar signed the document you posted, is consistent with the time Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's mother, was seeking a divorce from Barack Obama Sr. It is theorized that she needed to obtain the Obama Jr. BC at this time in order to comply with the customary custody arrangements involved with divorce cases.

The first paragraph of the article is reproduced below -

The following was posted this morning under the Latest New section of "theobamafile" website. It gives a image of the COLB.

This "Certificate of Live Birth," has been circulating on the net in the last couple hours. It shows Barack Obama as being born in "Kenya, Africa." Attorney Mario Apuzzo and Charles Kerchner both believe it is a forgery and a fraud -- probably created by Obots to get our side scurrying around.

The reason they think it is a fraud is because the Hawaiian statute cited in the lower right corner as the version with the ".8" amendment on the end, i.e., 338.17.8 did not exist in 1961. It was added in 1982.

That jumped out at them right away. 338.17.8 did not apply to Obama in 1961 because it did not exist in the law books yet. But the registration of out of state children was permitted in 1961 under older laws such as the one in 1911 and another in 1955.

Since this document cites 338.17.8 it cannot be the initial or original birth registration document. The post provides additional info.

We really can’t arrive at any intelligent conclusions until Judge Carter responds to Orly’s October 7th "Emergency Ex-Parte Motion for Relief from Stay of Discovery Entered September 16, 2009".

Without concrete evidence regarding Obamas BC, records, etc. being made available through significant discovery, we are just wasting time and there certainly would not be much point in having a trial.
