Missouri Governor Nixon (D) has repeatedly claimed he had no knowledge of the 3 times Missouri Laws have been broken. A female reporter for KY3 TV has ask pointed questions of the governor that he had problems answering. If there is a tape of this perhaps it is on the web site of KY3 TV, Springfield, Missouri. It is rumored that the governor changed his schedule for this week end.

Both the Missouri House & Senate are controlled by republicans, to the extent that they can over ride a governor's veto. The Missouri Senate has a committee that has been conducting hearings, they will continue next week.

Under Missouri Law it is only a misdemeanor, not a felony to release these records and set up a system to forward this data to a third party in the future. The hearings will begin again next week as to why the complete list of all Missouri Concealed Carry Permit holders was passed along to Morpho Trust.

This information then goes to a out of state "private contractor". This "private contractor" works with the federal government.

Who is wanting this information? The United State Department of Homeland Security.

Missouri statues/laws say that this is illegal, yet the Missouri Department of Revenue claims ignorance.

Homeland Security wants to know more about you and I so they can use the information for any purpose they desire.
