I am a former Ford Engineer and avid vehicle enthusiast. Ford has lengthened maintenance intervals to show reduced maintenance costs. Oil changing in the Engine, Transmission, Power Takeoff Unit(provides drive to the rear axle in AWD vehicles), Rear Axle. are addressed. My recommendations are especially targeted at Turbo Charged Engines, AWD, and Automatic Transmissions. Why now? My 2020 Ford Explorer ST 10 spd Transmission shifts rough when coming to a Stop and when accelerating at 55 mph. (73000 miles). Dealer says needs new transmission or rebuild. I have heard of problems being solved with PCM Update or a new Valvebody. Advise needed to help in diagnosis and repair. Thank you.

My Eye Surgeon is recommending Near Vision in both eye with -2.50 IOLs.Please explain what this means in terms of uncorrected vision -Near, Intermediate and Far. I will get Near Focus in each eye with Standard IOLs. I desire to keep my Nearsightedness and desire to wear glasses all the time except for really close work. I need protective glasses for my hobbies where my eyes could be injured.

I am 88 and need Cataract Surgery. I am very active and want to continue to wear glasses for eye protection for my varies hobbies (Carpentry, auto repair, etc). I am nearsighted and have always worn glasses. My Hearing had degraded over time. I used TVEars for a while. In 2018 I purchased an inexpensive Hearing Aid for $59.(Britzgo) I started with one end later got a second. Shower Pressure Fixed - After installing a new Pressure Tank to solve rapid cycling of Pump - I got good pressure in the Shower for just 3- 4 minutes. I had previously removed the water restrictor in the Shower Head to try to get better flow. However, the high flow gave me good pressure at the beginning of the Shower but as time went the pressure in the tank got lower and lower but not low enough to turn on the pump.
