According to information obtained by TMZ, 7th Heaven star Stephen Collins may not face child molestation charges because too much time has passed since the alleged cases of pedophilia. On Oct. 7, it was reported that Collins' wife Faye Grant released a secret audio tape of her husband confessing to molesting or exposing himself to three underage girls. Grant reportedly confronted Collins about the incidences during a therapy session in 2012 and she got it all on tape. The release of the audio led to an active criminal investigation by the NYPD.

Good day. I downloaded the new and improved OS, OS X Yosemite. At first blush, there are some features I miss about Mavericks, but I need to waste.....I mean, spend more time with Yosemite. It's too early to say "yay" or "nay", or perhaps the conclusion won't be so black and white, unless you're a "I HATE! all things Apple...including those snobby Mac Users", of course. What say you about OS X Yosemite? Any pointers/advice/recommendations by you techies out there?

AUSTIN, Texas -- Houston Mayor Annise Parker has backed down from the subpoenas the City of Houston issued to several area pastors, Breitbart Texas has learned. Breitbart Texas reported earlier about the controversy, stemming from litigation challenging the city's anti-discrimination ordinance and subpoenas asking the pastors for the content of their sermons, speeches and communications with church members. Good evening, I recently bought a Mac. I need to do some office work, but I don't care for any of the applications. I've read that the Apache OpenOffice, LibreOffice, KOffice, and NeoOffice are popular. From what I've been discovering, the NeoOffice seems ideal given that it's designed for OS X. Is anyone currently using any of these office suites? If so, what do you like/dislike about it? Would you have any recommendations? TJI

As so many in the general public have witnessed, I watched the video involving Ray Rice and his fiance (she is now his wife), Janay Palmer, and the assault which occurred at an Atlantic City, New Jersey casino. There are two facts which I find disturbing surrounding this case. After viewing the video I read some of the comments in response to the footage. A number of ppl actually blamed Ms. Palmer for the altercation, or stated that she "had it coming" due to her supposed drunkenness. ATLANTA, July 18 (UPI)--Tim McGraw "swatted" a fan at his July 13 concert in Atlanta. A video of the incident surfaced this week that appears to capture the 47-year-old singer smacking a woman in the face. The footage shows McGraw as he performs his song "Truck Yeah" amid a sea of fans and touches hands with people in the audience. He gives the fan in question a smack after she attempts to get his attention and grabs onto his jeans when she is rebuffed.
