Actually I collected it in a jar, put the lid on it and took it to my mom.
She was concentrating on washing the dishes instead of me. When she turned around to reply to my questioning she damn near jumped through ceiling and gave out the loudest scream I ever heard.
I can still see the horror in her face, it was awesome. Good thing dad was at work when it happened. He might of skinned my hide for that stunt.
I actually found one of those caterpillars when I was 11 years old. It was the most bizarre thing I’d ever seen back then.
The caterpillar is called “A Hickory Horned Devil” and eventually turns into a Regal Moth. The wingspan of that moth and the length of that caterpillar are about 6 inches.
Wow I’m honored you included me in your meme too. I mostly lurk and usually interact when I’m adding first hand knowledge, or all riled up and sometimes full of the pissing vinegar….LOL.
I love your meme’s keep them coming, Oh Lord of the meme-r’s.
I’m so sorry for your loss but very happy that your sister’s wishes were carried out.
The added bonus to her obituary was the chance to tell the doctor to take his advice and shove it before she left this mortal coil.
I wish more relatives who have lost loved ones could have had the same chance to express themselves to these Pharmaceutical sales people parading around with Doctors degrees and licenses.
