    Has anyone seen any polls in the Irey/Murtha contest? I am a decent amateur googler, but I have not been able to turn up anything. I am taking this as a good sign - just like how there was no mention of the Independent Lieberman/Lamont polls during the primaries (Joe up ten points or more). Of course MSM Indie Lieberman/Lamont polls are starting to pop up now that Lamont only trails by two points. Thanks for any Intel.

    I read in the Arts & Entertainment section of the OC register that radio station 89.9 KCRW in LA was featuring the following artists in honor of Independence Day: Bob Dylan Bruce Springsteen Patti Smith DIXIE CHICKS (Yes, the ones that said (among other brilliant quotes), "The entire country may disagree with me, but I don't understand the necessity for patriotism. Why do you have to be a patriot? About what? This land is our land? Why? You can like where you live and like your life, but as for loving the whole country... I don't see why people care...
