NASCAR has jumped in bed with homosexuals, has eschewed it's Southern brand, and roots, and kicked Trump to the curb...I guess they love illegal immigration...though I see none at the tracks I've been to. Outside of the commercial enterprises hawking their wares, the rest are volunteers; ushers who want to point folks to their seats, and Consessions, run by high school bands, or sports teams trying to earn money from tips. The big question; will NASCAR, and #19 Joe Gibbs Racing drop Subway as a sponsor, in light of Jarrod Fogles' Follies in pedophilia?

BATON ROUGE - Yesterday at the regular meeting of the newly formed Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC), board member and State Treasurer John Kennedy was the sole vote against a housing issue from the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) costing Louisiana taxpayers $329 per square foot.

My son-in-law, S/Sgt Brian Smith, 2nd Munition Squadron, Barksdale AFB, and my granddaughter, Ava Sermon was involved in an accident in Camden County, TN. They were on their way to visit his folks near Hendersonville. My daughter, Jessica, and grandson, Liam were to join him there today. Thursday afternoon, after hydroplaning during a downpour, Brians' car was struck by a semi...we lost Brian. Little Ava is at Vanderbilt University Childrens Hospital. Please pray for our families, and Baby Ava. Things are very hectic, so I must say thanks in advance. I'll update when possible.

Last year FR had a large presence at the march on DC. The pleasure was mine to meet Jim Rob...or was it Jim Johnson? It was a hugh and series moment I will not forget. At any rate, I will be hosteled at the Sheraton National, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Any FReepers going, give me a shout.

I read posts, and have the feeling that FReepers are kinda ticked with our government in its' present form. I read nothing of the motivation that drew us together at the Sheraton National last September. It's time to raise our voices as one, once again. I was called today by an organization called the Foundation of American Veterans soliciting contributions for Louisiana soldiers. I inquired what they did. I was told that they provide supplies to the local VA. I asked for a physical address for my Louisiana Vets, (123 Main St. Hobnob, LA 71007) and was put off. I then proceeded to tell this snot nosed, ass-hat that if couldn't tell me, give me your supervisor. The sup came on the line, and told me how great this "foundation" was. He proceeded to try and pump sunshine up my ass, until I "politely" requested...

Who would have thunk...the congressmen of the low state of Louisiana would have voted against H.R.2454? Senator Landrieu will have no choice, lest she loses her perch.
