Temperatures were in the 50s and 60s Wednesday in the I-95 corridor. How can it possibly snow? Colder air is slowly invading the current storm in the Northeast and will soon make it cold enough to snow from western Pennsylvania to coastal Maine before it departs by Friday morning.
