    I was watching Opra's interview with Gov Palin on Direct TV. About halfway though it the show went off the air. I mean the screen went blank and only came back when Sara's interview was over.Did this happen to anyone else?

    The government of the US. is attempting to quietly push through legislation that will affect the use of the Internet. The U.S. Postal Service will be attempting to bill email users out of :alternate postage fees". Bill 602P will permit the Federal government to charge a 5 cent surcharge on every email delivered by billing Internet Service Providers at source. The consumer would then be billed in turn by the provider.
