I was watching Opra's interview with Gov Palin on Direct TV. About halfway though it the show went off the air. I mean the screen went blank and only came back when Sara's interview was over.Did this happen to anyone else?

Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry and vice-presidential nominee John Edwards will stage a rally at the Capitol Thursday afternoon. My daughter and her friend are doing a presentation in history class on our Second Amendment right to bear arms versus government's attempt at confiscation. The class and teacher that they are presenting this to are mostly pro-gun control.

The government of the US. is attempting to quietly push through legislation that will affect the use of the Internet. The U.S. Postal Service will be attempting to bill email users out of :alternate postage fees". Bill 602P will permit the Federal government to charge a 5 cent surcharge on every email delivered by billing Internet Service Providers at source. The consumer would then be billed in turn by the provider.
