A three-and-a-half mile parade is planned to carry soldiers to Del City High School for a welcome home ceremony and reunion with family and friends starting at 7 p.m. Friday. The 1345th was activated in March 2006 and sent to Fort Bliss, Texas, for training, then to Kuwait before arriving in Iraq. The unit provided transportation on combat missions.
