I am seeking information on the internet answering machine, BUZME. I recently paid for a year's service, downloaded it, and find that it does not work. I have emailed the support address numerous times and have not received any suggestions to correct my problem. Anyone have any experience with this company or any suggestions to fix this? They plainly state that they do not make refunds and I should have known something was not right when I read that but I did not expect this to be a scam. Please help!!
