I first remember the term from the 1980s, as it was popular with the DJs on the radio at the time to talk about 86-ing '85, as in saying goodbye to 1985. I knew the term prior to 1985-1986, but can't recall when/where I first heard it.
Had this woman used a Byrna gun, the perp would have been incapacitated but still alive.
She was on the floor for 10 hours. Would he have been the same? Or would he have gotten up after a bit and finished the job? He's dead. She did well and saved Idaho taxpayers a cap-ton of money.

Those gloves sure did look way too small
Leather gloves will shrink when they get wet and then are removed before they are dry. At the same time, there are things one can do to make one's hands "too big" to fit a pair of gloves. It's easy to manipulate if you want to.
I asked folks here on FR some time ago why no one illegally migrates theu NM, and I was told the mountainous terrain made it impossible. Now I guess that is no longer the case.
This is about as close to the TX, NM, Mexico border point you can get (maybe 1/4 mile north of Mexico and at most a mile west of the TX border). The nasty mountainous territory is farther west along toward AZ.
The real villains are likely single moms (or married moms with cuck husbands) who think of their kids only as a status symbol and not people for whom they should do everything to love and protect.

Squatters vs adverse possession. Adverse possession generally requires upkeep/improvements and a payment of property taxes. Otherwise, if I’m paying the property taxes, even if the place sits empty, it should never be up to someone else to grab.
