Minnesota leads the Nation, with a 41.8% recovery rate South Dakota is next, with 39.5% recovered, then, District Columbia with 24.2% recovered, North Dakota with 23.9% The National average is 4.1% recovered. New York is better than average with 7.3% recovered. Michigan and Nevada are both near the bottom with 0.1% and 0.0% respectively This data only relied on yesterday's end-of-day data because otherwise, so much of the data is constantly changing during the day.
