Yeah, but for pure ripoffs of the Beatles you need look no farther than The Buggs, who were rushed into the studio to record unintentionally comical versions of She Loves You and I Want To Hold Your Hand and a bunch of their own highly derivative tracks for an album called The Beetle Beat, and dumped on store shelves in February of 1964 hoping the rubes wouldn't notice the difference.
So yeah, capitalizing is one thing, but get a load of these "original" tracks:
Nice recognition on that brief turn toward psychedelia around '67 where the Bee Gees and sounded unexpectedly Beatly. They're certainly also top-5 for three part harmony so they've got that going for them, which is nice.

That's because Lennon said he wished he'd wrote that song. He would play it over and over again driving around in his custom psychedelic painted Rolls Royce.
The Monkees tended to sound a lot like the Beatles because that's what Kirshner wanted. They had the best of the best writing pop nuggets for them, but the OG's behind the Monkees were Tommy Boyce and Bobby Hart. They more or less came up with the idea of that show, with the thought they'd be the stars. They were still part of it as songwriters and performers... but it didn't work out as intended.
If race is enough of a defining characteristic to result in “protected classes” then it is enough of a defining characteristic for criminal investigation.

To put it more delicately than other forums, Buttigieg is the perfect candidate for higher office if your criteria is: being gay and kissing guys and marrying a dude and ****ing **** and getting ****ed in the *** and ****ing **** at the truck stop and and ***ing *** and ****ing **** into his *** and *****ing ***.
