Lumia 950. Great phone and OS. I plan to keep it as long as it functions. Hopefully it makes it long enough to replace with a 'Surface phone' or whatever MS calls their new ultra-mobile PC with telephony capabilities.
My work phone is a Droid. NOT a good phone at all - bad battery life, can't even scroll without stuttering (and that's after a wipe and clean reinstall).
Grew up eating durian. Still love it but there's no way I'm running with one. Falling on it or dropping on your foot could cause some painful injuries. Old saying from Malaysia-Singapore area: Durian tastes like heaven but smells like hell.
There is always a price to pay, for multiple opposing nations, for any country we support. Israel is worth the cost ... especially when you look at what countries are against them.
The cost may be minimal at this point in history but I'm sure the Norks don't like us supporting S. Korea. There is always a cost.
12.3 megapixels is the ‘best phone camera ever’? I’m sure after 2 years it’s outdated already but my Lumia 1020 from 2014 had a 41 megapixel rear camera.
Having lived in the southern PI in the late 70's and early 80's, I know what Davao City was like before Duterte's brand of policing took hold - a dangerous place where you could not walk down the street without almost certainly being robbed. That's from the viewpoint of an American. The daily reality for the Cebuanos and Illongos in that city was much more violent.
As effective as Duterte has been against the drug trade, I really like having some Constitutional protections from 'leaders' - including those who claim they stomp on rights for our benefit.
No offense to the fans of In-n-Out Burger but I don’t get the hype. I’ve eaten there and the burgers were so-so and the fries were squishy. It’s possible I’m just spoiled since we have Whataburger in TX.
EVERY country we send money to should be reviewed and vetted EVERY year. If the monetary support does not meet the criteria of “is this best for the USA and close allies” then they get nothing.
