very rude to do, but I think protected under first amendment. Been that way for years. The Cohen case basically decided the issue.
BTW, you’re right about the judge. He can say you can shoot the bird at others, but do it to him in his courtroom and you are going to jail.

If I understand the article, all the proposed bill does is remove the deduction for a limited time frame. One may still contribute at any time, but impulse for bribery is not as great.

The entire episode is disgusting. I imagine both the cops and the patient feel bad. Shame on whoever ordered this search. I mean everlasting shame; the kind that follows the bastard to hell forever.
So pissed off at this. This poor guy will be dead soon and the cops do this. Despicable.

I disagree. I paid into SS for forty years. I am now unable to work and receiving the benefits I already paid for. I will never get back even 5% of what I put in, but I need the payments now. They are not entitlements .

In Atlanta. A bit south from you. 22 tonight. About 10 with wind chill. Not too unusual for winter in Atlanta (we get a lot colder than most think), but what’s unusual is the duration of the frigidity. Predicted to last at least one week.

Hello Raider,
I disagree. I think President Trump will tolerate more missile tests and even slbm tests. But if Kim gets close to Guam (or anywhere close to America or our allies), it’s over for Kimmy.
I do believe, however, that Trump has already decided that a nuclear Nork cannot be tolerated. On some fine Tuesday morning(or moonless Thursday night), hellfire will rain down on Nork. Sad, but it’s gonna happen unless Nork gives up its nuclear program.

I remember my contracts exam in the first year of law school. One of the questions involved a shirt company called “Tanks for the Mammaries.” I aced that one!
