The exploded shortly after a man entered the Giraffe Restaurant in the Princesshay shopping centre in Exeter, Devon. TWO HELD IN LONDON TERROR RAIDS Two men have been arrested over alleged terrorism offences, police said. Officers detained the pair on suspicion of the "commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism" following raids in London on Tuesday, according to Scotland Yard.
