People on twitter are saying that Hillary's hacked e-mails are out on the web now. This guy, Ben Hamner, appears to have them available on his site: https://twitter.com/benhamner I'm not computer savvy enough to attempt to download them. I hope it's the real deal!

WASHINGTON — A special intelligence review of two emails that Hillary Rodham Clinton received as secretary of state on her personal account — including one about North Korea’s nuclear weapons program — has endorsed a finding by the inspector general for the intelligence agencies that the emails contained highly classified information when Mrs. Clinton received them, senior intelligence officials said. Mrs. Clinton’s presidential campaign and the State Department disputed the inspector general’s finding last month and questioned whether the emails, which are being released to the public, had been overclassified by an arbitrary process. But the special review — by...

Stephanie Kirchgaessner Sunday 6 September 2015 21.02 EDT S Pope Francis has called on every religious community across Europe to do their part to stem the refugee crisis and offer sanctuary to migrant families. In front of a crowd of thousands of people in St Peter’s Square, the Roman Catholic leader said it was not enough to simply encourage the refugees with calls for courage and patience. Instead, he suggested, tangible demonstrations of help were required. “May every parish, every religious community, every monastery, every sanctuary of Europe, take in one family,” he said.

New polls from NBC News and Marist out from New Hampshire and Iowa show that, once again, billionaire Donald Trump is winning a fight with yet another career politician: This time, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush. Bush’s position in the all-important first-in-the-nation caucus state of Iowa has deteriorated significantly as he’s at a meager 6 percent—in a poll with a margin of error of 5.5 percent—meaning he’s slipping further and further into the lower tiers of candidates there. -snip- New Hampshire, which unlike Iowa is a pretty much must-win-state for Bush to be able to get the nomination or at...

In New Hampshire, the Vermont senator gets the support of 41 percent of Democratic voters, Clinton gets 32 percent and Vice President Joe Biden gets 16 percent. No other Democratic candidate receives more than 1 percent.

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz told Megyn Kelly tonight that the Kentucky clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples should be released from jail. U.S. District Judge David Bunning told Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis she would be jailed until she complied with his order to issue the licenses. Cruz said that this is outrageous, fundamentally wrong and he unequivocally stands with Davis. "We are a nation that was formed by people fleeing religious oppression and coming to seek a land where we could worship free of the government getting in the way," Cruz said. "It is...

Second Amendment groups are accusing the gun control lobby of putting law-abiding owners of firearms in danger by urging people to call the police on anyone carrying a gun in public. As more states relax rules about open-carrying of guns, the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence has taken to social media to urge the public to assume gun-toters are trouble, and to call the cops on anyone they feel may be a threat.

A massive manhunt is underway in a suburb north of Chicago after a police officer was shot dead while on a routine patrol. Three armed and dangerous suspects, two white and one black, are at large after the cop was gunned down in Fox Lake, Illinois, at around 8am. Authorities confirmed the officer died at the scene. WGNTV says he was shot in the head. The cop, who is yet to be identified but is reportedly a 32-year veteran of the department, was found in a marshy area stripped of his gun and other equipment. FBI and US Marshals are...

Real estate mogul Donald Trump has broadened his lead over his rivals for the Republican presidential nomination, a new poll shows, as more Republican voters begin to see the bombastic billionaire in a favorable light. The Morning Consult survey shows Trump leading among Republicans and Republican-leaning independents with 37 percent of the vote, compared with just nine percent for the second-place finishers, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) are tied for the next spot with six percent. Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) claims...

It hasn’t been a good month for the EPA. A few weeks ago, EPA engineers accidentally breached a mine dam and polluted waterways in southwestern Colorado and northern New Mexico, after having bullied the landowner to access the mine. Ironically, their new rule that expands their authority by redefining the legal term “navigable waterways†was about to take effect tomorrow. A federal judge in North Dakota shut that down this afternoon, ruling that the EPA had exceeded its authority and jurisdiction from Congress: A federal judge in North Dakota on Thursday blocked a new Obama administration rule that would...

Russian president Vladimir Putin has decreed that all Russian casualties “in peacetime” be a state secret. In addition to criminal charges arising from divulging state secrets, families risk losing pensions and lump-sum payments if they reveal that their sons were killed in Ukraine. Mothers of soldiers’ associations have been branded “foreign agents” for collecting data on Russian casualties. Dissident Boris Nemtsov was murdered shortly before completing his study of Russian casualties in Ukraine. Russian civil rights organizations, working against the fog of official resistance, could confirm only several hundred battlefield deaths. Business Life (Delovaya Zhizn) reports on markets, finance, entrepreneurship,...

Birthright citizenship has exploded into the national discourse. The issue is generating a lot of heat on the Republican side of the aisle in particular, because it threatens to expose the long-standing rift between the party’s base and its pro-crony-capitalism establishment. Unfortunately, in arguing that the 14th Amendment requires citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants, some of the more prominent interlocutors are promoting an incorrect understanding of history. The Wall Street Journal’s recent editorial on the matter is a case in point, and my good friend John Yoo’s NR essay repeats one of the same basic flaws. The first...

Thousands of antiabortion activists descended upon Planned Parenthood clinics on Saturday to participate in a nationwide protest aimed at cutting off federal funding for the controversial health-care organization. The demonstrations unfolded at about 320 clinics around the nation, according to organizers, with some gatherings drawing a few dozen protesters and others drawing hundreds and perhaps thousands more. The protests kicked off at 9 a.m. Saturday and included speakers, prayer groups and chants, as well as signs distributed by organizers that said “Planned Parenthood sells baby parts.” ***VIDEO ON LINK******

I wanted to use our time tonight to directly deal with an attack launched on me today by the left and the media. A couple questions came in on this subject, so I want to address it head on. Today I was accused by the press as having done research on fetal tissue. It simply is not true. The study they distributed by an anonymous source was done in 1992. The study was about tumors. I won’t bore you with the science. There were four doctors' names on the study. One was mine. I spent my life studying brain tumors...

While most of the media attention after last week’s GOP presidential debate has been focused on Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz has seen a huge jump in his poll numbers, and apparently an explosion in campaign contributions since he took the stage. Check it out! I’d say 225,000 contributions with an average contribution of $68 is quite impressive. It’s important to note that a lot of these contributions are coming from ordinary Americans, making this a true grassroots effort, rather than bowing to the will of corporations in order to get funding. One of the reasons people seem to be...

According to “sore loser” laws in the state of Ohio, any candidate who has chosen their party essentially can’t, at the last minute, run on a third-party ticket in the state. With Ohio being a crucial swing state, that’s a massive hurdle for team Trump to overcome, should they wish to run a third-party candidacy in the future. Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted and his spokesman, Joshua Eck, have already decided that due to the fact Trump “voluntarily participated” in the Republican primary debate in the state of Ohio, he’s already declared himself a Republican in the eyes of...
