A video uploaded by a Phoebe Landolt shows a riot cop assaulting a girl standing on the street. Police had been called in to quell a student riot in Arizona after the Wildcats lost their game to Wisconsin. The girl in the video did not appear to be rioting or causing a scene, but the officer can be clearly viewed charging her and knocking her over for apparently no reason.

CBS 7 has obtained the two arrest affidavits for Odessa Police officer Salvador Becerra. In the affidavits, investigating Texas Ranger Brian Burney states on two separate traffic stops, Officer Becerra brought a female back to his patrol car, asked her breast size and proceeded to touch her breasts underneath her bra after a little bit more conversation. A Georgia family is in shock following the death of their 17-year-old son, who was accidentally killed by a police officer who believed the video game controller he was holding was a gun, according to the family’s lawyer. Christopher Roupe of Euharlee, Georgia heard a knock at the door of the family’s home last Friday night. Upon opening the door, he was immediately shot by a female police officer. Whistleblower cop Frank Serpico remembers the night he took a bullet to the face — even if the NYPD continues to ignore it. One day after the 43rd anniversary of his near-fatal shooting, Serpico, 77, said he has yet receive his long-delayed Medal of Honor certificate, which typically accompanies the medal. Serpico was given the NYPD’s highest award, the Medal of Honor, in 1972. But the medal wasn’t given at a ceremony; it was dispensed over a counter top, he recalled. Cops bloodied an 84-year-old man and put him in the hospital Sunday when he jaywalked at an Upper West Side intersection and didn’t appear to understand their orders to stop, witnesses said. Kang Wong was strolling north on Broadway and crossing 96th Street at around 5 p.m., when an officer told him to halt because he had walked against the light. Police were targeting jaywalkers in the area following the third pedestrian fatality this month around West 96th Street. Eighteen current or former Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials have been indicted in five separate criminal cases in connection with a wide-ranging investigation into allegations of abuse and misconduct inside L.A. County jails. The four grand jury indictments unsealed Monday and one criminal complaint allege that deputies beat jail inmates and visitors without justification, unjustly detained people and conspired to obstruct a federal investigation into misconduct at the Men's Central Jail. A state trooper accused of triggering a three-car crash on Route 1 in Revere that smashed up a cruiser and put an on-duty trooper in the hospital has been suspended indefinitely without pay today, state police announced.
