“I think I’m going to be in the front row. But I’m not sure,” said Smith. . . . “I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son,” Smith said then. “Personally.”

These individuals note that the TNC officials are reacting to reports received during the week of April 25 from their own sources of information, the French General Directorate for External Security (DGSE), and British external intelligence service (MI-6), stating that AQIM has acquired about 10 SAM 7- Grail/Streela man-portable air-defense systems (MANPADS or MPADS) from illegal weapons markets in Western Niger and Northern Mali. These weapons were originally intended for sale to the rebel forces in Libya, but AQIM operatives were able to meet secretly with these arms dealers and purchase the equipment.

No one understands better than yours truly – except perhaps Vince Foster and scores of others (including material witnesses) who mysteriously died in and around the Clinton administration during the 1990s – the treachery of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Indeed, I fought her and her husband tooth and nail during these years and am the only lawyer ever to have obtained a court ruling that a sitting president committed a crime – a finding made by now Chief Judge Royce Lamberth in the famous Filegate case, which involved Bill and Hillary Clinton illegally obtaining FBI files on perceived adversaries to intimidate...

FBI interview summaries and notes, provided late Friday to the House Government Oversight and Intelligence Committees, contain allegations of a "quid pro quo" between a senior State Department executive and FBI agents during the Hillary Clinton email investigation, two congressional sources told Fox News. In return for altering the classification, the possibility of additional slots for the FBI at missions overseas was discussed,” Chaffetz said. As Fox News previously reported, interviews released earlier this month, known as 302s, reveal the serious allegation that Kennedy applied pressure to subordinates to change classified email codes so they would be shielded from Congress...

A bombshell email reveals a Reuters reporter shared a secret document from the Benghazi investigation committee with Hillary Clinton's campaign. Reuters American investigative correspondent Mark Hosenball emailed Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta on April 21, 2015, telling him Hosenball had "a rather interesting document which outlines in detail the principal current objectives of the House Benghazi Committee," and that he was willing to show it to Clinton campaign operatives, according to an email published by WikiLeaks. "If you are anywhere near 1333 H in next day or two I might even show the document to you (I’m out on Thursday,...

From the moment that Sharyl Attkisson met a shadowy source I’ll call Big Mac, she was plunged into a nightmare involving mysterious surveillance of her computers. They met at a McDonald’s in Northern Virginia at the beginning of 2013, and the source (she dubs him Number One) warned her about the threat of government spying. During their next hamburger rendezvous, Big Mac told Attkisson, then a CBS News reporter constantly at odds with the Obama administration, that he was “shocked” and “flabbergasted” by his examination of her computer and that this was “worse than anything Nixon ever did.” Attkisson’s forthcoming...

E-mail 9272 folks. I think the point can be made via noting that Sid was not a federal employee as needed (which as FYI means his emails only b/came federal records if used in the course of Dept business - so some were if forwarded and acted on and some weren't if nothing was done with them). But not sure it is worth the technical debate. So in your if pushed, you could say: >>> With regard to his materials, remember, Sid was never a federal employee. We do not know what these materials are, or where they came from....

Former White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler told President Obama this week he should take her name out of consideration for the post of attorney general, White House officials confirmed Friday. “We can confirm the president asked Kathy to consider this, and she was among those the president had been looking at,” said a White House official who asked for anonymity in a written statement, referring to the search to replace retiring Attorney General Eric Holder. “Kathy took this step this week on her own volition—as she always has done, putting the president and the administration first.” The Associated Press first...

But new evidence -- and a review of the public record -- reveals that Hillary Clinton’s actions in Libya were not just disastrous policy, but a violation of U.S. anti-terrorism law. A recent report to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the British House of Commons concluded that Western intervention in Libya was based on "inaccurate intelligence" and "erroneous assumptions." Advocates failed to recognize that “the threat to civilians was overstated and that the rebels included a significant Islamist element," and the failure to plan for a post-Qaddafi Libya led to the "growth of ISIL" in North Africa. However, “inaccurate intelligence”...

Meet the one man Hillary Clinton is more afraid of than Donald Trump. His name is Marc Turi and he is an international illegal arms dealer. Marc Turi, who had a multi-million dollar bounty on his head from the US government, was acquitted of all Charges today by Barack Obama for one simple reason... He has proof that would implicate Obama and Hillary as war criminals! You see, Turi was paid MILLIONS by Hillary Clinton’s State Department to help transport illegal guns to Lybian Rebels so that they could overthrow Muammar Gadaffi.

An arms dealer who had threatened to reveal potantially damaging information about Hillary Clinton's alleged role in arming Islamist militants until federal prosecutors abruptly dropped their case against him Tuesday, told Fox News the case has cost him everything. Federal prosecutors faced a Wednesday deadline to turn over discovery documents to the legal team of American Marc Turi, who had been charged with selling weapons to Libyan rebels. Late Tuesday, an announcement came that the government was dropping the case, which was set to go to trial on Nov. 8 – the day American voters choose between Clinton and GOP...

The DOJ dropped charges against shadowy American arms dealer Marc Turi, as his legal defense threatened to unmask evidence of secret 2011 arms diversions by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration. Turi's trial would have happened around the time of the American Presidential election in November, next month. Turi, whose company operates out of Las Vegas, told Fox News of his belief that half his weapons went to Libyan rebels and the other half went to Syrian enemies of the United States. Turi's arms export license was to Qatar, not Libya. Turi's legal defence is that...

The Benghazi Committee released its final report in June, but Rep. Trey Gowdy is far from done with Hillary Clinton. Through committee hearings, and regular television appearances to discuss them, the South Carolina Republican has remained the Democratic nominee’s chief antagonist in Congress in the months leading up to the election.

Well, it’s October, here come the surprises:Surprise #1. Trump Tax Records Obtained by The Times Reveal He Could Have Avoided Paying Taxes for Nearly Two DecadesNote the use of the word “obtained” not modified by the adverb “illegally,” probably because that’s the only way they could have obtained them. So just as scientists begin to question the existence of “dark matter” (more on that at a later date) here we have definitive proof of its existence. At the same time we have evidence of what many of us non-scientists have long suspected: the IRS has been weaponized for use against...
