Rental prices for single-family homes have skyrocketed to record levels across the U.S., increasing to an average of 7.8 percent in 2021. Apartment rents are up too. “Of the markets in our analysis, 97.7 percent recorded price increases for one-bedrooms and all markets saw increases for two-bedrooms [100 percent],” the report, issued last month, said. “Nationwide rent prices have increased significantly year-over-year. One- and two-bedroom rents were up 24.4 percent and 21.8 percent, respectively.”

New Castle police confirmed a fire Wednesday afternoon at Hillary and Bill Clinton's home in Chappaqua, New York. Counting the revolvers that make up the bed frame, the vanity, the lamps, table, chair, chandelier, and window decoration, and assuming that there is symmetry on the sides of the objects that are not visible, I believe there are at least 100 revolvers used in the construction of the set. TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa police say a 19-year-old man may be paralyzed after an early morning shooting at a house in the 2500 block of East 1st Street. Officers were called to the home just before 4 a.m. and found the wounded man lying in the back yard. "He had been struck at least once by a bullet," said Captain Steve Odom, Tulsa Police Department.
