In anticipation of increased criticism of Obama’s mysterious handling of the request for 40,000 more troops by his hand-picked commander, General McCrystal, Senator Kerry and his colleagues trotted out a story this morning that the whole terrorist problem has been caused by the failure of American soldiers to capture Osama bin Laden.
