She faces charges of abandoning a child and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, NYPD said. Dabbs is accused of wheeling a baby girl, strapped in a stroller, onto the platform of the 59th Street and Columbus Avenue station midday Monday, then leaving the child alone among a sea of jostling commuters.
