It is clear that the officer is a street officer, and not one confined to his desk. On Friday night, 25 November, 2016, the well known and successful yoga instructor Hari Nam Kaur Khalsa, was assaulted by two robbers in her bedroom. Her home and school are 20 miles north of Santiago, Chile.  The robbers were half of a gang of four that invaded her home and school. A passerby carrying a concealed weapon shot and killed a criminal suspect who was attacking a sheriff’s deputy in Estero, Fla. Deputy Dean Bardes was pursuing a fleeing suspect in a 100 mph car chase down Interstate 75 when the suspect abruptly stopped, exited his car, and attacked Bardes after he did the same, acording to local WINK News. Alley where bodies of robbery suspects found There is an old saying that has been worn out, warning criminals not to scare old men.  But clichés are there because they have a piece of reality embedded. An active 73-year-old retiree was well liked in the neighborhood.  He helped people out, and he spent considerable time in his garage, working on his truck.  Some young criminals, just getting into the most active part of their career, also noticed the truck and decided they wanted it. The parents of a dead armed robber are very angry over his death, and are demanding to know why his innocent victim was allowed to be armed. It’s been a difficult week for parents Temia Hairston and Michael Grace Sr. Their son, Michael Grace Jr., was shot and killed during an attempted robbery early Sunday morning. Police said Grace Jr. and two other people tried to rob a Pizza Hut in the 3200 block of Freedom Drive. During the incident, an employee fired his own handgun and killed Grace Jr.

An armed man picked the wrong store clerk to rob when he entered a Texas smoke shop last month. In surveillance footage taken of the incident, a man enters Austin, Texas, store and immediately draws a gun. Without missing a beat, the store clerk, who is smoking a cigarette, draws his own gun - a CZ-75 SP-01 9mm pistol - and begins firing at the robber. An employee of a jewelry store in Conroe, Texas, pulled an AK-47 from behind the counter to stop four would-be armed robbers. One of the armed robbers opened fire and multiple employees returned fire, killing the suspect. Jeffery Turner, Jr., owner of Jeff’s Jewelry Store in Conroe, told police that four men entered his store and demanded jewelry, purses and other items. At least one of the robbers displayed a firearm, according to Montgomery County Police Reporter’s Scott Engle. An employee at a Florida Walmart store defended himself by shooting an armed robber on Wednesday. Ervin Jones was sitting in his car waiting for his shift to begin at the Sunrise, Florida store around 3:30 a.m. when a man approached him. The man, identified by police as 28-year-old Terrence G. Pearson, then showed Jones a gun and demanded money.
