House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s office Friday chided House Speaker John A. Boehner for calling illegal immigrant children “aliens” in a Twitter message. “Mr. Speaker, these comments and labels are inexcusable and reprehensible — no one should be politicizing the ordeal of these children in such a manner,” Mrs. Pelosi’s office said. **SNIP** Indeed, the Obama administration’s Homeland Security Department officially refers to the kids surging across the border as “Unaccompanied Alien Children.”

What is the lesson to be learned by the defeat of U.S. Rep. Eric Cantor? The average voter doesn’t want amnesty. It’s not just a Republican issue. Democrats can vote in the Virginia Republican primary. And until the liberal legislators pass the Safe Driving Act to give illegal immigrants driver’s licenses, which will get them one step closer to voting, pro-amnesty politicians in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts should worry about being Cantorized. While union leadership supports amnesty, the blue-collar workers don’t want competition for jobs at a lower wage. Moreover, lunch-pail workers don’t want to put in a hard...

An arrest has been made in the murder of a San Antonio woman who was killed more than a decade ago. Lillita Moke's body was found in the basement of her Monte Vista home in March of 2000, after neighbors complained of a foul odor. Friday morning, immigration officials in Canada said they caught the man police say killed her. That man is Antonio Diaz Lisenber, who was Moke's gardener. According to CTV Vancouver, the Canadian Border Services Agency says they caught Lisenber when he applied for permanent residency. At a hearing in Vancouver earlier this week, the man claimed...

A conservative-leaning nonprofit, the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU), recently filed a federal lawsuit over allegations that Zavala County is “failing to make a reasonable effort to conduct voter list maintenance programs.” The ACRU claims the county—which supported the re-election of President Obama by 83%--allegedly holds a 105 percent voter registration rate. Lead litigator for the case, former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams, argues to Breitbart Texas that despite Zavala County’s smaller population—voter roll maintenance failures can distort voter turnout and total tabulations in local races. ... The filed federal complaint claims, “Voter rolls maintained by the Defendant for Zavala...

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials last year released 68,000 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions, undercutting Democratic claims that President Obama has strictly enforced immigration laws. An internal Department of Homeland Security document compiling statistics on arrests and deportations in 2013 showed that ICE agents encountered 193,357 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions but issued charging documents for only 125,478. More than 67,800 were released. The data came from an end-of-year “Weekly Departures and Detention Report.” The Center for Immigration Studies, a research group that favors stricter enforcement of immigration laws, estimates ICE agents released more than a third of illegal...

"I need money". Greedy illegal alien Roy Ortiz is suing those who saved his life.- by Brian Hayes | Top Right NewsLast month we profiled an illegal alien felon who made nearly $200,000 by mass-filing frivolous lawsuits against L.A. restaurants. But that was just a creep trying to game the system, and the system (shamefully) letting him. This is truly disgusting. An illegal alien in Colorado is suing several first responders who took part in rescuing him last September, when he became trapped in his car during a flash flood. You heard that right. They saved Roy Ortiz' life --...

Today's TopClip demonstrates why even if Obama's claim of "record deportations" was true (it's not), it means absolutely nothing without a real border fence. Fox News's Griff Jenkins talks to Mexicans being deported from Laredo, TX to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. To a man, they just laugh and say they will come right back in. One even says he will go and get a bite to eat and then back across the border. WATCH:

PANORAMA CITY (CBSLA.com) — Detectives Thursday sought the public’s help in identifying a Good Samaritan who carried his friend to an emergency room before he died. The Good Samaritan was caught on surveillance in the early morning hours of Jan. 31 at the Kaiser Hospital in Panorama City, the Los Angeles Police Department said. He was carrying the limp body of 19-year-old Ricardo Saiija, of North Hollywood, who was later pronounced dead by doctors. “The Good Samaritan is not a suspect,” said Det. Gretchen Schultz. “We know the helpful friend was distraught over Ricardo’s situation, but he left the hospital...

The third-ranking House Republican, Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (Calif.), said he backs granting legal status, but not a new pathway to citizenship, to millions of immigrants in the U.S. illegally. McCarthy stated his personal view on the contentious issue in an interview with KBAK/KBFX Eyewitness News in his hometown of Bakersfield, Calif. He signaled that the call for a provisional legal status would be included in the immigration reform principles House Republican leaders are soon to release.

by John Urban | TopRight News A potentially disastrous security breach by the Pentagon was discovered by sheriff's deputies during a routine traffic stop in Southern Arizona. Pinal County deputies stopped a 2006 Ford Expedition for a traffic violation. The Mexican national initially presented an Arizona Identification Card, in the name of Armando Villalobos of Phoenix. This is what the left has believed all along. Nancy Pelosi should be praised for having the courage to come right out and say it. Nancy Pelosi recently told Telemundo that violations of immigration law should no longer have any consequences: “Our view of the law is that it — if somebody is here without sufficient documentation, that is not reason for deportation.” This wasn’t just a verbal flub; her spokesman reiterated the point, saying her comment was merely “a restatement of her long-held belief that being an undocumented immigrant is not a basis for deportation.”

Here’s a good one; a Mexican man who came to the U.S. illegally as a youth is suing a state agency for discrimination because it refuses to hire him for using a fake Social Security to work for nearly a decade. It’s as if a bold and extremely confident class of illegal alien has emerged in the last few years. The case comes out of northern California and it involves a naturalized American citizen who could easily serve as the poster child for President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), a special amnesty for youths brought to the U.S....

The “good moral character” of President Obama’s illegal immigrant uncle, arrested for drunken driving in 2011, has earned him legal U.S. residency and a chance to apply for American citizenship, a judge has decided. This is a classic example of the benefits of having friends—in this case a nephew—in high places. Onyango “Omar” Obama had lived illegally in the U.S. for decades when he got busted driving drunk in Framingham Massachusetts. At the time of his arrest Uncle Onyango had already been deported yet continued to live and work in the Boston area and he had a valid Massachusetts drivers’...
